Description of Work: I purchased a deal for interior and exterior window cleaning and home pressure washing. I paid additional for more windows.

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's deal and was quite satisfied with the work performed. They pressure washed my siding on a 3 story home. Gave them a B on punctuality because they had to reschedule and a B on professionalism because they left some empty bottles of detergent in front flower bed. I would use again tho.

Description of Work: Scheduled for 9am, I called (they didn't call me) at 10:30 and they said they would be there by Noon. They were. They cleaned 36 windows and our gutters (2-story house). They did a nice job.

Description of Work: Were supposed to arrive between 10 and 12. Called at 11:45 and was told they were running late. No further contact until single worker showed up at 3:00. The deal was for 50 feet of gutter that was up to 35 above the ground. Worker did NOT have the proper equipment or materials to start, let alone complete, the job. Additionally, I thought this would be for seamless gutters, but worker said that when he came back the next day, he would just pick up 10' pieces at Menards. Thanks, but no thanks. Called owner and cancelled. He was courteous when I cancelled for the reasons cited above.

Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters and windows. I had no problem with the gutters but they canceled doing the windows that day and when rescheduled were late. I got the sense of a disconnect between management and actual service providers.I made a note to myself not to use them for my windows again but it was a year ago so that is the extent of what I remember.

Description of Work: I applied for service to replace gutters, I was told we don't do that by receptionist. I cancelled with angie's and worker came 5 days later.explained what I wanted he. He left and boss sent him back. He wanted to keep one gutter from leaning and cover hole where squall was. He explained did not see any. I paid worker 24.11 to purchase supplies to cover hole 20 minutes after leaving squall busted out hole. no work done to replace gutters.
