Description of Work: They rescheduled about 4 different times saying that the weather was too cold (45 degrees) but when they finally completed the services three weeks later, the weather was 30 degrees out. The customer service was horrible. I told them I needed it done before the new year and he said verbatim "what do you want me to do about it?". When they came out, they still dirt spots, and with the window service, they said it was for only ten windows instead of the twenty the lady confirmed. I could tell they were shiesty immigrants who just wanted to get the job done asap with out giving a care to how much quality the job was done with. This was for the $300 pressure washing with window cleaning as a bonus service. Never use these scam artists. They give Angie's list a bad rap and make me apprehensive to ever use them again.

Description of Work: they were paid separately to wipe down screens, which were not part of the original offer. My only concern was that there was apprx $50 in cash on a dresser in one of the rooms where they or one of them worked,and after they left, the money was no longer there
