Over the phone they guaranteed me a price of $101 to wash the interior and exterior of the windows throughout my house, so I agreed to have them come out. They asked how many windows I had, and I told them we had 38. They came to the door with three men, none of whom could fully understand English. The main guy, in broken English, said that we had storm windows--he told me that because they were twice as much work, they were going to charge me an extra $68, and then also told me that I had 58 windows instead of 38. I asked him to leave because that was far more than I had agreed to spend, but he refused to leave until he talked to a supervisor. They got the supervisor on the phone, and I explained that no one had ever asked if I had storm windows. The supervisor was surly and degrading and pushy on the phone, and finally did ask his crew to leave after further berating me. They still call each week to offer to do work, although I asked them to please remove my number and I already found another company to do the work. They gave us the wrong quote just to get in the door, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone.

They do a good job, they show up on time and get the job done well. They clean up after themselves and I have been very happy with them.

They did not show up once when they were supposed to, and I had to make sure that they put rags between the ladder and siding so they wouldn't damage the siding. We did have to work with them with their fees, and we found it a little difficult to communicate with them. We have since found a window company that seems to do a better job, but we would certainly consider using them in the future.

Provided a quote...did not show up on day as agreed upon. Said they would then show up another day. Two people arrived, said the job was bigger than they expected and wouldn't do it, unless I paid double what had been quoted. They now make phone calls to my house to see if I want to sign up for the service about 4 times a month. I have to notify, the Do Not Call Registry about them. Very unprofessional.

Prime Time was 1.5 hours late for our first appointment. I called to reschedule and they did show up on time 3 days later. When the job was complete, I noticed that the interior of the storm windows were not cleaned. I was told that would be an additional charge and would of course take additional time that I did not have. About a third of the windows were left with streaks and spots. Not a very good job. When I was presented with the invoice there was a surprise $8.00 travel fee imprinted on the form. I really just wanted the guy to leave so I paid it. Never again.

Worker arrived first thing in the morning and cleaned all the windows indicated. What I didn't like was that when Prime Time called me for my business they said I could have it done for the same price as I paid last year which was $100 in this case. When I was presented with the bill it was $110.00. Not a big difference but the fact is that they have done this EVERY time they have come out (4-6X). There's always some charge they don't tell you about: one time it was a "traveling charge." When they first called and asked if I wanted my windows cleaned they asked me how many windows I had and I told them. When the guy came out to clean them I found out I had almost twice as many because double hung windows count as two! Fine! Why didn't they indicate this over the phone? Because then they couldn't quote me a lower price! The price difference isn't great and it doesn't bother me to pay it but why be duplicitous about it? It's the way to attract customers and it's also the way to lose them.

Did a very poor job the first time, the windows with storms were not touched at all, but I was charged for the whole job. Wondering if the language barrier was the issue but I had called ahead and specifically asked that the workers be told the way I wanted it done. I called again and another representative came out and redid the job. He trash-talked the prior cleaners the entire time, and actually did not do a great job himself. Many windows were still dirty after the second time around. Since then, the company has called me on my cell phone 2-3 times a week at times to try and sell me their services, I have asked them at least 5 times to remove me from their list with promises they would. I am considering calling the police and charging them with harassment.

Prime Time came out and cleaned the gutters, but forgot to flush out the down spouts (on Monday). I then called the next day to inform them that the down spouts were not flushed. They said they would be out the next day. However, no one came the next day. I then phoned again and they said they would be out the next day. However, I received a phone saying they would not be there that day either but they would the following day. So finally on Friday, I came home and still no Prime Time. I then called and left a detailed message, but no one called back on Saturday morning. I then called again and spoke to the office manager and she said they would be out that day as well. However, no Prime Time and no phone call saying they would need to reschedule due to weather. I would not recommend them at all due to their lack of reliability and professionalism.

The work was done and a bill sent to me. I called and gave them my credit card number over the phone so that they could be paid. They charged me for my work ($180) and on the same day they USED MY ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK TO THE TUNE OF $390. When I saw this on my credit card statement, I contacted them to let them know of this error. Repeated calls and faxes have been made to them over this during the past 8 months by myself and by Mastercard to get this issue resolved. Prime Time has even provided us their own documentation that shows the second bill was for someone else's work. William has NEVER returned a call and when he has been reached, he promises to issue a credit but has done nothing. I have tried to be decent about this and to give them a chance to resolve their error. Obviously they do not care. I would definitely NOT recommend them. Not because they did not do the work, but because they have acted less than honorably.

Prime Time Window Cleaning Inc. had a very reasonable price. They were timely and very thorough. One thing I like is that this company offers discount coupons which really makes you feel like you're getting a good deal. They also call me each year to remind me when it's time to have the windows done. They are not pushy.

They were quick, the price seemed fair and they committed to a price before they even came out. They were a bit later than the time window they told me, but once they got here the work was completed thoroughly and quickly.

I called them back to tell them the windows were very streaky. They said they would send someone out to fix it. This is after I had contacted him several times. They were supposed to come out on Sept 18th and they were a no-show. Then they said they would come out on October 5th and they were a no-show again. I then called them again and scheduled it for October 27th in the morning. I followed up with them again on this very day and they said that I had not been scheduled after all. When we paid for the first job, we were supposed to pay $134, but they charged us $174. They told us they would issue us a credit for the over charge and they have failed to do this. On Nov 1st I called him again and I specifically asked him to be sure and communicate with his schedulers and he said he would. They said they would have somebody out on Friday at about 4 pm. Again a no-show. I would have accepted a reschedule due to the cold weather, but they didn't even bother to call.

At first I was very impressed with these folks. They seemed very professional over the phone, the estimate seemed reasonable, they scheduled an appointment for later that week. Then the trouble started. On the day on which they were supposed to come I got a phone call asking to confirm the appointment for the next day! The day they were supposed to come, I called to confirm that they were coming. I was told that they would probably be arriving slightly after the window I was first told. (10 to noon.) No one showed up. I called again at about 3pm, was told that the crew was on the way. No one showed up. I called again at five expecting to be told that they weren't coming, but by then no one at the company was answering the phone (though their website says they are open until 7 pm.) If they were too busy to get to me, why not have the courtesy to reschedule to a better day? I have no interest in using this company in the future.

The window cleaner arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning the windows, including two that were encrusted with pigeon feces. I went with Prime Time because of the fall special and the 10% off coupon. I think without those two incentives someone else may have been cheaper.

They were supposed to show up on Friday 6/9 between 8 and 10 am. They did not show up, so my husband called, they said that they were running late and should be there by 11 am. They did not show up at 11 am. We called them back to say we had to leave at a certain time, they would have to come another day. We rescheduled for Monday 6/12 between 4 and 5. They did not show up until 5:45. The 3 guys that came were nice. I wanted the screens cleaned also, they said they did not have that down, but cleaned some of them. I have to say I was not impressed with the service. They actually left the screen out of the bathroom window and we are still trying to figure out how to get it back in.

The response was immediate. They showed up on the day they said they would (with a confirmation call the day before). Surprised at the price, but I didn't ask about it when I called. I did ask during the intial call if they flush the gutters, and was I told yes. However, when the workers were doing the work and I asked about flushing, they indicated they weren't prepared to do so. They did it though, at my request, using my garden hose. It appeared they didn't even have their own.

The team did not arrive on the scheduled date. However, they came the next morning, citing traffic as the reason for not showing up the day before. This would have been fine if we had received a phone call, however we did not (the team said they did not have the phone number). Even so, they were courteous and efficient and did a good job and the windows look great.

They were a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and in person. Were able to come within a couple of days. Washer worked hard and quickly. Price was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

THIS WAS THE SECOND YEAR WE'VE CALLED PRIME TIME. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. WORK SCHEDULED QUICKLY, APPOINTMENT KEPT AND WORK COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE. ITS NOT INEXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH NOT DEALING WITH IT MYSELF. I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PRIME TIME.

I CALLED TO HAVE THE WINDOWS ON MY HOUSE CLEANED. THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE AND WE SET UP A DATE FOR SERVICE. I HAD TO CHANGE THE FIRST DATE AND THEY WERE OBLIGING. IT WAS RAINING ON THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME. THE HEAD OF THE CREW CALLED ME 15 MINUTES AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE TO TELL ME THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE COMING DUE TO THE RAIN. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO RESCHEDULE. ON THE SECOND DATE, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE AT 8 A.M. THEY HADN'T ARRIVED BY 9:15 A.M., SO I CALLED THE OFFICE. AGAIN, THE OWNER WAS VERY APOLOGETIC, CALLED THE CREW AND CALLED ME BACK TO TELL ME THEY WOULD BE THERE IN A FEW MINUTES. I WAITED ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AND WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP, I CALLED THE OWNER TO TELL HIM THAT IT WASN'T GOING TO WORK OUT. HE WAS APOLOGETIC, SAYING HE WASN'T SURE WHAT WAS HOLDING THEM UP (TRAFFIC?) AND SAID HE HAD 40,000 CUSTOMERS AND DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE MY BUSINESS. I FELT AS IF TWO SOLID CHANCES WAS AS MUCH AS I COULD GIVE.
