Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning Inc

This is a PSA to all consumers. DO NOT USE Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning is not only not thrust worthy they are SCAMMERS!! I used Angie’s List to get a quote from Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning and another company to power-wash my entire house, fencing, and surrounding sidewalk. The quote I received from Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning was $500 the quote from the other company was $525. I was not familiar with the pricing of power-washing and decided to purchase a power- washer to do it my-self. A month or so later, I started receiving past due invoices from Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning for power-washing the surrounding sidewalk of my home. At first, I delete the notices, due to the fact I did not request their service, nor approve service. Most recently, I decided to take a closer look at the details of the email and invoice, which is how I discovered I am being charged for power-wash services for $500 for the surrounding sidewalk. I called Prime Time to inquire why am I being charged for services I did not request or approve. They said their tech told them I approved the service, which is inaccurate. They also sent before and after pictures of my property, which look filtered, my sidewalk is still in need of power-washing (something I haven’t got to as of yet). The fact, this company came on my property without my permission, and now I am being harassed for a service I did not request nor approved. Also, I never signed a contract, or a bill after the so-called work was done, (which I truly don’t believe ever was by the look of my sidewalk). When I called to discuss this with Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning, I then received a contract for me to sign. I also, received several emails and calls with contradicting information. I don’t understand how these SCAMMERS (Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning) can get away with these tactics! Thus my reason for reaching out to the BBB, hopefully these SCAMMERS will be thoroughly investigated and brought to justice for their practices and consumer abuse. These SCAMMERS should have their license revoked to protect the safety of consumers. My next step is to get an order of protection against Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning for coming on my property unwarranted. What else can I do to protect myself, my family, my home and others consumers from these SCAMMERS??

It went well i like they use buckets to put the debris in. I just don't understand the added cost to clean out a downspout. If a persons downspout is not full of debris there is no need to get your gutters cleaned. Removing the debris is cleaning the gutters if not there would be nothing to clean

This is the third time I call this company. Firs time was ok. Second time they quoted a price that was HALF of what they asked when they showed up at home. Third time they also gave me a different price when they showed up at home. Company alleges that all the terms about price were on the "Service Appointment Confirmation" email. Note, the email had the quote buried as an attachment to the email . The email subject says nothing about there being an official quote THAT IS DIFFERENT from the quote they gave on the phone. After speaking to the company, they sent a second email with a subject line that reads "Revised Estimate from Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning, Inc." That's after I sent the guys back and refused the work. Overall, this company engages in what appears to be deceptive business practices. No one should do business with them. I just read in Angies List that there are over 2 dozen customers with the same complaint. Shame on all of us who did not read the reviews.

Bad service and bad customer service over the phone. I did power wash myself. Would never use them again.

They didn't show up and never called ahead of time to rescheduled. I reached out each time they didn't make it. Then they show up hours after the appointment and expect me to take their services anyways.

they reaponded ro a inquiry for gutter cleaning very quickly on a Sunday. They came out at the requested time and did a great job.

Not good. Prime time didn't arrive as scheduled twice. No telephone call. I received a text message. Quoted (2) different cost for the job.

Everything was done very well. It took a while because there was only 1 person but he was professional When he finished he put the heavier things back in place for me. I would use this service again.

I received a call back within 24 hours of placing on-line inquiry. I was able to schedule appointment the same week. The contractor arrived promptly, completed service very quickly, cleaned the area very thoroughly and were safe with equipment use and removal. I would definitely hire again.

Quick response to my request for service. Appointment scheduled within one day. Tech was very polite and professional. Work was performed and clean up outstanding. No contact transaction. Invoice was sent via email and paid by phone. I would definitely hire again.

If I could, I would give Prime Time Window and Gutter Cleaning negative stars! The people that came did not do the rear of the building-but charged me for it-$150 more! STAY away!!! Read the negative reviews and you will see the only thing this business is good at-is screwing its customers. You've been warned.

Prime Time called to solicit cleaning our gutters once again this year. It went okay until they sent a bill for $354.00 to clean the gutters on our townhouse, after quoting the same rate as the previous year, of $160. This year after completing the cleaning they sent a bill with a laundry list that was a joke and expected us to pay more than double the cost quoted from the previous year. Not sure when the man they sent finished, but I would guess that he was here for about two or three hours! $354 divided by 2 hours equal $177 per hour for labor, or $118 per hour for 3 hours! I wish I made that much per hour!

TERRIBLE. They agreed to send me pictures, since I work days, but they did not send pictures. When i came home, there was NO evidence that they'd come. There were no debris bags in the alley; my hose had not been used, My daughter had been in the house, but she didn't hear any workers that day. Prime Time said they'd send the crew back the next day to "finish.". Several days later, I got pictures most of which were of houses with roof shingles a different color than mine. I went back and forth about this with Prime Time - I wanted to be sure the work had been done. Finally, a week after the job was supposedly done, the crew appeared at my door without warning. They were extremely aggressive, banging on the door and yelling at me. They got up on their ladders and took pictures to prove the job was done. I heard them loud and clear in my house this time. I believe they never did the job on the original day, but came back when I complained (and took the debris away, because it would have shown their original neglect). They could not explain where they supposedly took the debris on the original day or how they cleaned the downspouts without my hose. I will never trust this company again and I still have to find someone to do the downspouts.

responses to questions not easy to understand. got the sense too many orders and too few people to handle scheduling. coupons not deducted so if you don't notice you will pay the higher price anyway. the actual technicians are nice and perform the job well. the back office not so great. not worth the effort. will find someone else going forward to do the job.

The response was punctual and fast. The major problems came after they gave me the quote. they just went ahead and did the work. No signed quote or agreement just a bill and photos they had been on our property, on ladders and cleaned. They performed no repair, and just sent us an invoice.

I was quoted a price for the gutter cleaning and when I received the invoice they charged me an additional $30 which was not discussed when they quoted me the price over the phone. I explained that and the guy I spoke to didn't seem to care. Offered to reduce the invoice by $10, but it is the principle of the matter! Won't be using them again.

I spoke to them early last week. They said "How about Friday between 12:00 and 4:00?" So It was scheduled. On Friday, I got a message at 8:36 am that a technician was on his way. I told the guy it was scheduled between 12:00 and 4:00 so I had no reason that he was gonna come early morning so I told him not until afternoon. So at 12:29 I got a text that the technician was on his way, 1 o'clock, 1:45, there was no technician. 2:30 they're still weren't here. So I called them and left another message. It started to get dark. On Saturday, I called about 11:30 and said they never came and the guy said it was rescheduled for today. I said nobody told me that, he said I should have gotten an email which I did not. Their communication was terrible. So I said "What time today?" He said "It's between 12:45 and 4:00. I've waited. So I thought if it's a one-man guy he's not gonna finish it on time because it's gonna get dark. So he said "Why don't we reschedule it on Monday? They'll come between 12:00 and 2:00". So I said "Okay, but if they don't come that's it for you guys". And they didn't come. I called them and they said they'll come first thing in the morning between 10:00 and 12:00. So I got my self up and I was waiting and then was it was 1 o'clock. They finally showed up almost 3. It was four-man. The guy told me they'll be done in 30 minutes and I said no, and yes they were not done in 30 minutes. When I first scheduled, the cost will be between $110 and $120 and if there will be any unforeseen it may be a little more. When the crew came here they said it was a lot more. I watched them do the second floor. I told them to take pictures but I said it will take like hundreds of pictures so I got into a ladder to take a look at it. I asked them if they blown the downspout and they said yes but I saw that there were two of them that were not blown and then they left instead of doing it. I called them and they told me they will send someone who will blow the downspout between 11:00 and 1:00. I asked for a one-man. So he came before 9 today. 5 of the 8 of downspouts was not completely done. The job itself on the gutter was okay but they did not complete the downspout. The technician that came today I was really happy with what he did. For honesty and pricing I'd give them an F.

Horrible would never hire again and they didnt do what I asked them to do. Wanted an estimate to fix 1 gutter and they cleaned my gutters

GREAT! The service was performed in a timely manner. The gentleman left no trash behind. Pictures were taken before and after he cleaned the gutters. I will definitely use that company again! I plan to contact them in April or May to clean my windows.
