Estimate was very close to final price. They were careful with windows, storms, screens, blinds and shades. No mess on the walls, windows or carpets. Will use them again.

The actual work they did on the gutters was fine. However, they always promised one price at around $80-$85 and billed me for $125. This always required a phone call to clear things up which they always replied... "just send in the agreed upon amount". The final straw came after a couple years of service when they were supposed to clean my gutters and went the extra mile by clearing some debris off my roof and then billed me for it without my approval. I was surprised to see the additional charge on the bill... in addition to the always incorrect $125 charge. I spoke to the owner and he said that they were looking out for me and providing a higher level of service by clearing the debris before it went back into the gutters. I explained that I would have preferred to have been consulted before charging me for it so I could understand how much debris there was. Needless to say I paid them and refused to do business with them ever again. There are too many companies out there that can do the same job without the trouble.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. I’ve used them a few times before, and I plan on using them again in the future. They set an appointment and arrive on time and as scheduled. They do what they say they will do. I’m happy with their services.

They did a very good and were very professional. They had uniforms to identify themselves, which I liked. I had no complaints. I thought they price was reasonable and they told me ahead of time how much it would cost per window.

They are pretty good. I had one issue because they do their quotes over the phone. They subcontract and they call up to get the jobs. When the people came out to do the job they said it was too big for that price. When they did the work it was fine.

I did have an issue with their service and performance and damage was done. This led to a filing of a complaint with the BBB within the course of the year and a half that followed. I did accept a settlement for the damage that was done. I would not use his service again in the future.

They did a fine job and will continue to use them.

He was very careful with my windows, and seemed to do a great job with everything.

The windows looked clean after the washers were done, but generally, the workers were not detailed or careful enough to warrant being hired again. For example, the inside window sills were not cleaned, and dirty water stains were apparent below the windows in two upstairs bedrooms. We would have expected the carpet to be covered beneath the windows as the window cleaning progressed. The lesson learned is to check Angie's List before hiring window washers. In this case, the glass was cleaned, but the overall job wasn't commensurate with the money paid for services.

I received a sales call from Prime Time to offer their services, for the 4th or 5th time since we have lived in our home. They asked if they could provide an estimate based on the number of windows, so I walked around and counted, and then the sales person quoted a special introductory offer of $90 to clean the outside of all windows. Our windows really needed attention, so I decided to contract them despite disliking these types of cold calls. We arranged a time for later in the week with the work time set to occur between 10am and 1pm. The sales person stated that they normally mail a reminder postcard to clients, however there was not enough time for that so he said that someone would call in advance to remind me of the service. After making the arrangements, I checked out the company to determine if I would proceed. As of 10am on the scheduled day, I had not received any follow-up call to confirm the service. As lunch time past, I was beginning to expect that they would not show up, but the worker arrived a little before 1pm. He presented me with the work order, showing the quoted price, and he confirmed the scheduled work with me. Then he quickly proceeded with the cleaning in a very efficient manner. He was very thorough in cleaning and even used a razor scraper to address several of the skylights which had more significant dirt buildup. I also noted that he wore appropriate safety equipment as he worked on an extension ladder on our 2nd floor windows. He continued to work through a light rain shower that began while he was cleaning. I surveyed the completed windows while he continued to work and they looked very clean with no visible streaking or other residue. Once the cleaner had finished, I prepared the payment and he informed me that he had also cleared 2 downspouts which had been visibly clogged and which he could reach easily - no additional charge. He was a very contientious worker and I was very pleased with his work. Unfortunately I did not catch his name at our introduction, the work order did not include the cleaner's name, and he did not provide a business card for future reference. If I could, I would gladly ask to have this person return for future work, but I have little confidence that I would get the same employee on the next job. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and the price I paid for the work. I marked B for Punctuality because they arrived at the tail end of the arranged time window and they had not made a follow-up call to confirm the time, as had been arranged on the initial sales call. This led me to question if they would show up and I nearly left home just before they arrived. I marked C for professionalism due to 1) No follow-up call as arranged during initial sales call; 2) No business card or indication of the cleaner's name on the paperwork.

They are excellent. They are reasonable and on time. The fellow that comes out is excellent; he is the same fellow all the time because I request for him. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future; in fact, I will be using them again within the coming month.

I answered a cold call from Prime Time Window Cleaning and they sounded professional and I was in need of the work. I had seen advertising for the company previously so was familiar with the name. They said I could pick my day and reschedule if needed. They gave me a time on the day I picked and came within 5 minutes of schedule. I did not get the name of the man who came out but he was very efficient and cleaned the gutters first, bagging all the debris. He then did all 26 windows taking the screens off on the outside for washing, then did the inside and was done in an hour and a half. He did a very good job because my windows were new last year and had not been cleaned before. There were tape marks and greasy hand prints from the installers and they sparkle now.

It was good. All my windows look good. I have one very large picture window and they weren't able to that inside and out. They did everything, windows and in screens. They did a good job. I have a lot of windows.

I was not home when the work was done, but I asked for a sample of the product to be left for me, and they never did. I was left a bill in my mailbox as the only indication anyone had been at the house. I decided to check the gutters to make sure they had been cleaned and that the stuffers were in there. When I looked at my garage gutters, they were clean, but empty! Had I trusted these guys, I would have assumed the stuffers had been done properly! When I called, they were gracious about the mistake, and had someone come back to do the remainder of the job. I again recieved a bill in my mailbox, and again did not get a sample of the material as requested. I asked my neighbor to check the gutters on the house to make sure the work was done, and he graciously went up to the second story where I could not go. However, there were 6 inch gaps on the South side of my 2nd story, and on the back of my garage where there was no material. Again I had to call back for the company to fix the problem. They have not done so as of yet. Since the bulk of the job was done, I did go ahead and pay them, but I would not use the company again.

They are very nice, very quick, very responsive, very careful. They do a very good job and we have a LOT of those little window frames.. They follow up every 6 months to re-wash, although I don't do it more than once a year.

They were awful. I told them not to call back, but they call all the time. They must have poor communication to call back after they did a bad job for them the last time. They keep harassing me. I spent $120 on that work. They promised me one thing and did something else. I don?t want to hear from them again.

Prime Time Window washing does telephone cold calling to get jobs. It just so happens that they called me last year just as I had decided to get my windows washed. The man on the phone was really funny so I signed up on the spot (never did that before!) They came out last year and did a good job so I called them this year to come back. Last year they sent out 3 people. This time they only sent out one. Although I was satisfied last year, my washer this year, Daniel, was even better. The windows were so clean it looked as though there was no glass. Daniel showed up 1/2 an hour early- which was no problem. He was here for 4 hours, was very courteous and quiet, took his shoes off, and did a great job. I told him that he did a better job than the folks last year and he suggested that I ask for him again next time. Indeed I will! I did not shop price so I have no idea if $140 was on the high or the low side, but I'm satisfied with the job so it seemed like a fair price to me.

I have used this company in the past. They are very prompt and do a great job. I will be hiring them again this fall to clean the gutters once again after the leaves have fallen.

The gutter cleaning was pretty good but they left the contents in trash bags on the driveway. They were to dispose of the content not leave the bags on the driveway. I have 35 windows that were to be cleaned and the company was gone in 60 minutes. I called and was told that the crew would return and pick up the trash; they never returned.

It was horrible. They did not do a very good job of cleaning, and left the windows streaky. The workers were extremely rude and were swearing the entire time. I was very embarrassed and asked them to stop, but they continued. They offered to send somebody out again, and I told them they could if they sent someone else. I absolutely did not want the same person out again, and that is who they were going to send. They did not listen to my complaints, and even though they offered to take steps to correct the windows, they did not take me seriously if they were going to send the same person. They keep calling me even after I have asked them to take me off their list. I would not use them again.

I was not terribly happy with them. The left rags around, and the windows were not very clean. I have since found another company that does a better job.

My experience with Prime Time Window Cleaning was a pleasure. The service man was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning my office windows. I will use Prime Time again for for both my home and office.

The price was good and they showed up in a timely fashion. And while the previous owners had not had the gutters cleaned in forever, Prime Time's worker was horrid. He did not bring any of his own tools to the job. He left mud and leaves all over my driveway, claiming he could not pick them up because I didn't leave him trash bags or a broom. He damaged one of the gutters leading downward and I have had to replace it. Moreover, the gutters still had leaves in them. When I called to complain, the only remedy they offered was to have someone new come back and redo the job. I refused as I wanted nothing more to do with them. If only that was the end! The company continues to contact me by phone at my work over and over again, wanting to come back and do more work for me. I have asked them each time to stop calling and yet they continue to do so. I ahve explained my horrible experience with them and the only thing they say is "We have a new worker in your neighborhood now." Really, when a former customer says stop calling, you need to stop calling; Bad work and lousy, nearly abusive, sales practices.

Workman arrived on time. Performed the estimate and gave me the price before he started. I was a little surprised at the cost since it was somewhat more than it had been in the past. However, since I wanted the work done I just nodded and he began the job. He did a nice job but surprised me again when he went outside with a ladder to clean windows (I live on the 2nd floor). All of my windows unhinge to slant inward so that they can be cleaned on both sides from the inside. He didn't seem to know how to do that. I taught him how to do it on one set of windows but he wasn't able to translate the lesson to a second set, so he ended up outside. At the end of the job I inspected his work. My windows were cleaned well, so no complaints there. However, he left storm windows down after he cleaned them. Because we are moving into the spring and summer seasons the storms should have been left up. When I brought it to his attention he lifted some but not all, and had to finish it after he left. Still not a big deal, really. The one (major) complaint was that the cleaner overcounted the windows and then justified the overcount by telling me what he got paid for the job.I just wanted my windows cleaned not to be guilt tripped! I protested but paid the bill in full, however, because the price is still excellent. I've used this company several times now and I like them very much. I think I've solved the problem of the overcounting window cleaner simply by asking the owner to send someone else for the next job.
