Workers arrived on time. They did an adequate job. When I pointed out they missed an outdoor garage and a storm door windows, they balked and said it wasn't included and then immediately went and did it. All in all the experience was average.

The window cleaner arrived on time and was presentable. He cleaned the downstairs windows with ease, and cleaned them without any mess. He then moved upstairs. He had dripps of dirty water/ cleaner on my kids stuffed animals, carpet and wall. When I pointed this out to him he fixed it, but why did I have to point this out to him. Why didn't he put down a drop cloth or towel? He finished quickly and was very careful around the tinting. I would use them again, but would demand a drop cloth or towel in the future.

Prime Time windows arrived at my father's home and went right to work. Dean and Diane were hard workers and took great pride in their work. The end result were 45 year old windows that looked virtually brand new!! They were tenacious and meticulous and insured every window was spotless. They also did all the storms and the sill between the sashes and storms. No detail was overlooked. I also had them clean out five window wells and wash the windows. Once again, decades of dirt and grime and bugs.....GONE! Nothing phased these window washing professionals. They did a fantastic job! I would recommend them to everyone I know! We've also used them for gutter cleaning.... once again professional and meticulous! Great job!

We have used Prime Time in the past and been very satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, this year in response to one of many calls from the company, I scheduled an appointment for window cleaning. Two workers showed up at the appointed time, but said they didn't have the right equipment to clean the windows, so they would return later that day or the next to do the job. I never heard from them again. I called the company, was referred to the owner who assured me that a crew with the right equipment would return on a new date. On that day, I received a call from Prime Time asking me if the crew could come earlier than scheduled, to which I agreed. But when they came, they quoted me a price that was different from the one agreed on by me with Prime Time. I called Prime Time again to report what had happened and to let them know I wouldn't pursue this any further. However, I was encouraged to set yet another date and assured that a crew with the right equipment, at the right price, at the right time would show up. Well, no one showed up on that new date and I have heard nothing further from Prime Time.

We have used them twice for gutter cleaning. They did an OK job except for some issues with clean up. Both times the billed amount didn't match the quote. Once a promised discount wasn't included, another time an extra fee for each downspout was added - aren't downspouts part of the gutter system quote.

My only compaint would be that he was a little early, but he did a very thorough job and I was very pleased.

The representative on the phone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The men who did the work were fast, professional and clean. Price was great, will use again.

I have had no issues with this service. I call or email them in the fall and they come out and preform the service. I have never even seen the guy doing the work as I am at work. But I can see into some of my gutters from the second story windows and they are spotless after the service. I have dozens of tall Oak trees surrounding my house so my gutters are stuffed with leaves by the time I call them. They perform the work and just leave a statement by the front door or in the mail box. My house is a very tall 2 story and they charge me $110 for the service.

The company called me and said that 19-25 windows is $130. A skylight is $10.00. A French door is $3.00 and with a $40.00 promotional discount, the total is $103.00. When the washer's gave me the bill there was no mention of a promotional discount on it. There is a "Total Discount" item on the bill which remains blank. I called their office to get clarification and was told that the discount was already applied that 19-25 windows USED to be $170.00. The printed billing form clearly shows a fixed rate of 19-25 windows "Inside/Outside" "$130.00". I only said yes to a window cleaning because of the $40 off. It didn't happen. I was tricked and will not use their service again. The owner called the next day and apologized for the confusion. He sent me a check for $40.00 to thank me as he appreciates my business. I think that "Angie's List" is a great tool.

I have had an issue with this company in the past, however, I believe we've worked that out now. The owner himself has contacted me and has made a reconciliatory offer as well as addressing the pricing issues. I believe we have worked these problems out to my satisfaction and I am willing to give them another try. The past quality of their work was always excellent except maybe once. As far as cold calling, they only call me spring and fall, the two times of year one would expect to clean ones windows, I don't get any other calls than that. It's never really bothered me though, but I do agree with people, they do place unsolicited calls, but I don't get inundated with them all year long.

They were supposed to come 4/25 but did not show, same with the next day, same with the third day, they never came. They finally came on the 30th and cleaned the lower level, when we agreed on cleaning them all. I have now called them everyday for about two weeks, with no returned calls. They broke the scheduled appointment repetedly.

I used them once several years ago... they did a so-so job at a price double anyone I have used since. Since then they have been calling me about 30 times a year even after I requested them to stop and being on the do-not-call list. They just called again. Take them once and they will be with you forever

This company makes unsolicited phone calls to my mobile number disregarding the National Do Not Call Registry. I have asked them to stop and even complained to the FTC. Would not want to do business with a company so unprofessional.

Our initial appointment we had to reschedule because of a thunderstorm. We spoke to a person in the office when cancelling, but then they showed up at our home anyways. So we called back to reschedule the appointment. When the guy showed up, he did not come to the door, knock, and say he was beginning service on our house or to confirm the price of his service. We had to go outside to make initial contact. At that time the guy said he could not finish the job in one day, that he wanted us to take another day off of work so he could come back. We called the office and told them that if he could not finish the job in one day that he was fired. They agreed at that time that he would finish. He continued working a bit more, then said he was leaving and that he could not finish the job. We called the office again, and they told him to finish the work. He continued to work a bit more, then said he could not finish the job. We told him if he did not complete the contract that we would not pay the bill. He left the job, slamming the door on the way out. They sent one person to do a two person job. They did not have the right equipment to do the job correctly. They do not clean your upstairs windows from the outside, they clean them from the inside, missing spots as they do so. And they will not tell you that they cannot do the job in one day until they are already there. I will never ever hire this company again, nor will I refer them to anyone for anything. I am very upset at the service and treatment they provided. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Look at some of the other remarks along with this one before hiring these people. Save yourself the disappointment and hire someone else.

The work was completed on time and satisfactorily.

Called on Monday morning (late in the season but before any snow!) and left a message. Received a return call within minutes and were told they could complete the job that day. Within a few hours they had already been here, thoroughly cleaned the gutters, flushed out the downspouts, removed the mess and left an invoice in the mailbox. A few leaves that fell in two areas were left behind, but these were fairly small. All in all, they did a wonderful job and were extremely responsive.
