They scheduled for Thursday the 23rd. However, they were in the neighborhood a few days earlier, and came out to get the job done quickly. It took them less than 1.5 hours, no extra charges or anything. This was perfect! I wasn't even home, but I checked the work out and it was perfect.

Everything went well and the job was completed to our satisfaction.

This is my second time using Prime Time. Both times they were great! They arrived exactly on time. They were friendly and pleasant, and asked exactly what I wanted done. They did everything I asked. They are pretty quick and very thorough. There was even a spot that I found that I wanted redone and they did it with a smile, saying "That's our job." I will definitely use them again. I also like that they send a reminder and I can set up my appointment online without having to call them.

He was early and finished quickly. Some of our gutters have covers and some don't. I'm not sure how well he cleaned the gutters with covers - I don't think he removed the covers to clean. He didn't leave any mess. I was unable to stay the entire time to monitor his effort. Overall,I'm pleased and would use them again.

Service personnel were on time,very friendly, but professional. They were very neat, and carried out the service in a timely manner. Most importantly they did a great job. I would definitely use this service again.

It was the coldest day of the year. There were snow flurries predicted and seen. Yet and still, they showed up, on time and ready to work. I couldn't believe it! They got up on their ladders and took care of business. They were respectful and clean and did a great job. My windows shine beautifully. I will definitely have them come again in the spring to clean the windows again. Feels good to find someone you can trust. And they even gave me the available Angies List discount. They know how to run a business and the price was definitely right. Good job Prime Time!

First time seemed to be a good response but then they came out and I don't know what happened. None of the work was provided and I did not give any quote. The follow-up was nice. They called back to see why we canceled, when we didn't even cancel. We rescheduled and same thing happened again. They said they had came out but the roof was too high. I don't think the cleaner wanted to go up on the roof or go through the roof access to clean the gutters. The first time was over a months ago. The second time they called me like last week Monday or Tuesday. We schedule them for Thursday and they didn't show up. My wife was home and kept the blinds and windows open so she could keep an eye out in case they came by. The first quote was $175.00 with Angie's list deal. The second time they quoted me higher at $208.00. They seemed to have more information about my unit stating that it was a three unit building. So I decided to go ahead and have them come and clean the gutters. But no work has been done and the bird's nest are still in the gutters.

There was one person who came out. It took about an hour. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Be clear on the final price when on phone. They called twice after the cleaning to see if the windows needed cleaning.

They missed a whole section. This ended up leaking into the dining room. We were not pleased with the service.

They were 30 minutes late, but they did come out and the service was great!

They arrived right on time. I was told 7-10 AM and they arrived at 8:00. They were very polite and did exactly what I wanted. They even cleaned my glass block window in the bathroom, even though they thought it wouldn't help. (it did) They worked quickly and now I can see out of my windows!

I purchased a Big Deal and Prime Time got in touch with me the same day to schedule an appointment and I was able to her within three days of my first request. Very punctual and they showed up even a touch early. Overall, the experience was good. My gutters were all completely empty save for 1 blockage on a downspout. This is a case where I wish I could have just done the work myself but I don't need to be climbing a ladder that high. There was a bit of a language barrier with the cleaner who ended up cleaning out our neighbors gutters until I stopped him and showed where our gutters were located. I was barely able to grasp about the down spout blockage which I do know was the case since my gutters are running clean now.

The first team that came to the house - husband, wife, and child, did a mediocre job at best. I pointed out several windows that had serious streaking, but they did nothing to clean the windows to my satisfaction. I didn't have time to follow them around constantly as I was doing other things in the house to ready the house for sale. The company sent the same man again to correct what he did incorrectly the first time. He was useless - did not even understand the word "streaking." He insisted the windows had been done correctly and left after 10 minutes. Prime Time called me again to see if I was satisfied. I explained that the windows were not re-cleaned at all. Finally, Prime Time sent a true master window washer. His name is Dean. He made every window sparkle! WOW! What a difference! If you are going to use this company, ask for Dean and you will be extremely satisfied. Dean is the BEST! He shared that he's been cleaning windows for 24 years - and that's obvious when you see how sparkling clean your windows look after Dean cleans them.

The Prime Time pro took debris from the gutters, carefully placing it in a garbage bag. All other gutter cleaners I've hired use a power blower --spraying wet debris on the house and areas below. These guys are GREAT!!

Scheduling was a breeze and very fast. I bought the Angie's List deal and they were booked to come out the next day (they even offered same day!). They came and cleaned the gutters, I had asked for a window cleaning quote and had some specific repairs with the gutters, but that work was not done the first day. I called and the guys came back the next day and quoted the windows and checked for the specific repairs I had requested. The crew were great and even provided photos of the gutters for me when he was explaining what was going on. I received two invoices and got an email reminder about the gutter cleaning invoice. I called and reminded them it was part of the service I purchased via Angie's List and they cleared it up. Every issue we've had they have handled flawlessly. I'm a big fan and expect to use them again because they provided great service!

Very professional and they set up an appointment right away. He came a few minutes early and started cleaning outside windows immediately. Very nice guy and very efficient. I highly recommend them to clean your windows

I used Angies complain resolution with this company. I did so because I was frustrated with the work preformed.. They made it right. Will gave me a full refund with 20% off voucher for any next gutter cleaning. Prime time stepped up ... an I will use them again (as I had before)

What an absolute debacle! This company continually cold calls month in and month out. Finally one day I answered because the windows required cleaning. As I spoke with the representative on the phone, I walked the entire first floor of my home and the walk out basement. I described every window in terms of its size, ie, single, double, triple and type, ie conventional opening, sliding glass, block glass. She asked me about ladders and house height which I explained that our home was a ranch, but it was built into a hill and has a walkout basement. I advised which windows would require a two story ladder. Since I just moved here, I had no idea what window washing would cost, but the $90-$100 estimate, should have raised my eyebrows. The crew arrived on time on the agreed upon date, but within five minutes, it was clear that there was a price problem. The estimator gave me the price for 10-12 windows! I have that many in my sunroom and kitchen. Since my windows have a six inch transom above each, those counted as extra windows! In addition, if I wanted the tracks cleaned out, it was an additional $3 per track. WHAT????? By the time we finished counting windows and tracks the price was now over $400! I was disgusted by what I felt was an obvious bait and switch or just plain lowball offer so I would be shamed into using the services. So, before the work started, I called Prime Time and was fortunate to speak directly to the owner. He asserted that he doesn't pull those kind of dirty tricks and that there must have been a mistake. The crew that was dispatched to my home was a longtime crew that he could trust and performed quality work. I suggested he look at his estimator's notes and see if the problem was there. It was. As a result, I ended up paying $219 which was the discounted price the owner offered. I give him credit for providing that dramatic discount, but the mistake should never have happened in the first place. Not only did the estimator disregard all the information I provided, but never advised of the extra charges for the tracks. As for the work itself, it was fine except for two quibbles. First, why would anyone clean the tracks of the windows out and then leave the dirt on the stone sill? All the cleaner had to do was brush it off. Second, my furniture was moved all about to accomodate the ladders. Why would the workers not replace the furniture and flower pots. Minor, but shows a lack of attention to detail. So, it was hard to grade them. The estimator deserves an F. The owner a B- for offering a discount but not honoring his employee's price. The workers were probably shorted financially too, so they get a B for less than stellar work and for not doing the garage windows that I offered to pay extra for "because they are too small". I won't use them again.

professional and pleasant from the lady on the phone to the men who showed up to work. price was the same as quoted on the phone no hidden extras did a very good job, only thing was a couple screens not cleaned as well as could be and forgot to do one altogether but had a lot done and was pleased with everything else

Prime Time Window Cleaning Inc did a great job in cleaning my gutters, and provided a complementary window cleaning for two of my front windows.They were in and out with the service in less than one hour.

They got in the wrong address. That was my mom's, but we had them do the job. They finally came to my house and did the job about what they were supposed to do then. They just came without calling out at all. Overall experience, I will give them a B. I think the price was good.

The true test of their work was experienced on June 30th with the high volume of rain. I saw no overflow of water splashing over the sides of the previous areas which had caused water to splash near the foundation. So I would say mission accomplished. Definitely will use them again.

They came and did the job and I haven't had any problems. The crew was friendly and professional.
