They were great. Came and did the job seeing no obstacles. I had An Angie's gutter deal before, but the provider thought the gutter cleaning would be too difficult. There was an extra charge as my gutters had screens.

It took paint chips off our garage door and some of the trim. I'm not sure if that is common or not.

It was horrible. They came out and left a huge mess around the place. They told me they would get me a refund. I had to track them down for a month to try and get my refund. I resolved it with them. We weren't at the house. We came back with a large mess in our yard. Our interaction over the phone was okay. They should not leave a mess in my yard. I would never use them again.

Prompt, efficient and professonal. Overall, a good experience and gutters were cleaned out. However, there still seemed to be a lot of roof debris still on my roof after they left which I would have expected them to clear, especially the stuff very close to the gutters.

Lauren and John from Prime Time Window Cleaning showed up on time, were professional, personable and efficient. We are very happy with our sparkling clean windows and will use Prime Time Window Cleaning again.

We got an estimate from company and booked with them 2 workmen came out and did a fantastic job! It's been 3 months since the cleaning and windows still look fantastic.

Appointment was scheduled between 10-12, they showed up at 3pm cleaned the gutters but debris never removed from roof

Initially told me appt was at 12 but didn't show till 1. Otherwise fantastic job cleaning windows (interior/exterior), would hire again.

Just did outside, no screens or storms. Wanted way to much money for total job

I PURCHASED THEIR DEAL FOR FEET OF GUTTER REPLACEMENT.HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 11AM. HAD TO CALL AT 1PM, NO ONE EVER CAME OR CALLED. THE LADY TOOK THE CALL AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD GET BACK TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED.ABOUT 3PM, THE OWNER CALLED AND TOLD ME HE COULD NOT DO THE WORK. HE SAID HE WAS LOSING MONEY ON THESE DEALS AND WOULD NOT HONOR IT.I WASTED A DAY OFF,AND LOST PAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM, IF YOU SIGN UP TO DO A JOB, AND GET PAID DO IT.

They tried to up charge so I told them they could leave. They called "boss" and charged appropriately. Job done was only fair.

Went well - Ralph was professional & moved very quickly. I anticipated the service to take several hours, which is cumbersome on a Saturday but it was quick, good work.

It was bait and switch. They came out and said it was $575. I told him that I never pay more than $200. I told him I would pay $300. I was told over the phone that it was only going to be $130. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They were professional, on time, responded quickly, and overall did a very good job. I'd definitely use them again.

They were no problem. They got in really fast. I think I was able to schedule them within two days. They were really good. They were professional and clean. We've got tons of windows like a hundred of them. From the get go, their customer service was good, from the very first person I talked to. She was polite and efficient. The people got back to me quickly to make an appointment. Three people came out, they worked the entire time and did a beautiful job. They asked me at the end to come look at the work and make sure that I was happy with everything.

I have used Primetime several times and their pricing is fair. The work done was good but the office, probably in an effort to make sure I was satisfied, over promised. They men who had been to my house before did a fine job of cleaning the windows, clearing the gutters and repairing the downspout in a courteous and professional manner. However they did not arrive until two hours after the scheduled 8:30 AM time. I was told this was because they were sent to another job first. I was also told by the office that they could repair holes found in the stucco around the window frames. In fact the men who came to the house politely explained that this was out of their scope of service.

Use at your own risk!!!! I Scheduled my initial window cleaning for 5/6/15 from 1 - 4pm. They never showed up! They didn't call or anything. So I called them and they offered $20 of my bill for not showing up. I should have canceled the appointment then but I rescheduled for the next day. The window cleaning was ok at best. They didn't clean any of the window seals. I could tell that 2 of the guys were new. I had to watch them every step of the way. I told the guys when taking the screens out to wash them to keep them with the windows they came from which they failed to do. My experience went totally downhill from this point. Not only could they not put the screens back in the windows, they bent one of my screens! One guy even tried to beat one of the screens into place which I promptly told him to stop when I saw what was going on. I called the company frustrated. They offered to fix or reimburse me for my bent screen, however from a customer service point of view, more should have been done. They spent a total of 6hrs in my home! I would not recommend using this company to anyone!

Wonderful, great service at a great price. Would recommend highly to anyone. We have over 70 windows in our home and the service and price is exceptional.

Terrible. I had used them before and stopped after terrible customer service. Shame on me. I found a deal and thought I would give them a chance. Made the appt a week out for 7am this morning and was told I was the first person. At 7:45 am, I called and was told they were delayed due to fog and would be at my house by 10:30. Told them I did not understand why that caused a 3.5 hour delay. At 10:40am, nobody. When I called, they said they were down the street and would be there in 20 minutes. I once again moved my schedule around, so I could be there and direct the team to an area that I wanted skipped due to my neighbors just having windows cleaned. At 11:10am no one, I called Angie's list and asked them to refund the cert while I was on with them, I called Prime Time again and told them to please cancel as I was doing so with AL. The gentleman offered me window cleaning, etc said he would give me a good deal. I told him I was done and they had their chance. Canceled and then he called again saying I was not being patient and allowing him to resolve the issue. I think nearly 4.5 hours is patient enough. By the time his folks showed up I had canceled everything and told them I was on with the supervisor and please do not do the work. I am DONE. Fair warning!! Here are my issues: Multiple delays with no proactive calls, would not listen to the customer when I told them I was done. Issue resolution did not come until it was too late which I am sure he will respond that I would not allow him to solve the issue as he kept repeating it.

The company was friendly while scheduling and coordinating service. The job was completed to our satisfaction and done in a timely manner. We would work with this company again.

This was the first time we've used this service. Overall - aside from an initial scheduling glitch - everything went very well. Windows were cleaned faster and better than other services we've used and the service person was great. Our only disappointment was that the window tracks were left filthy, so our rating reflects their failure on that front

I called the company and they stated they would call me back. I have not received a call back and ended up returning my Big Deal.
