Their service was great. I will use them again. One tech completed service. He left the area clean.

Perfect - they were EARLY! worked for 3 hours. Windows looked great. He was able to move furniture and put it back without bothering me at all. Was careful of the cats. Windows look great.

The reason I gave a C for Responsiveness and Professionalism is that no appointment was made, or confirmed. Rains kept the job under delay; so I know that the company had not any control over Mother Nature. But, one day, the worker just showed up early, way before confirmed time); while my handyman was here to mow my yard, and take care of my other yard needs. I was not happy about this; I schedule to prevent occurrences such as this from happening. The worker stated that he was ordered, when he reported for work, to come do my gutters right away; when I addressed this concern. What if I wasn't home ... I insist on being present when any work is completed, that I am paying for.

They were responsive, on time, and professional. I thought I would get more out of the repair portion of the deal.

I pre-paid through an ad to repair leaks in my gutters in three locations. I indicated where the leaks were in case when they came by that I wasn't home. A few days later I get an invoice-estimate in my mailbox indicating gutter cleaning and possible repair needed. So I call the company and ask what did the guys do, if anything? Saying "possible repair needed", to me, indicates that they didn't make any repairs. So the guy agrees with me and tells me he will have the guys go back out and look into it. A week later I'm emailed an invoice for service. The invoice I'm sent indicates repairs in only two of the three locations I indicated repairs were necessary. Keep in mind I already paid for this service. I email them back and explain what happened and ask again for clarification regarding what, if anything was done at my property. Was the work completed the first time or did the guys ever come back out? It's been a month and I haven't heard anything yet.... This should not be a confusing process and it's unfortunate as I was hoping to have them do the same service on my garage and at another property if everything worked out. Oh well...

They confirmed for afternoon and showed up first thing in a.m. They did a good job and the price was fair. We have used before and would use again.

They used all of our stuff. The were late. They took more money than they were supposed to and did not give us any change. They did not give us a receipt. It was only supposed to be $110 and they took $160.

Went well except the repair was not done due to the weather. Rear gutter elbows need repair.

The guys did a good job. They did a pretty thorough job. I called them at 9 o'clock and they were there at 11. They came really quickly.

Adrian was our service man. He arrived on time, and came prepared to work. He dismantled all the windows and cleaned them completely, inside and out. He reinstalled the screw in storm windows and they look like the day the were installed, maybe better. Adrian was professional, courteous, and neatly dressed. He had all the proper equipment needed to complete the job in a very timely manner. He was personable and friendly.

They just showed up without confirming the appointment.

Beautifully! The worker was very attentive to landscaping around the home. Also wore protective shoe covers inside home and was careful carrying and using the ladder inside the home. Our home is of average size (2 story Georgian, 2500 square feet). It took one worker over six hours to do the job. Seemed like too big a job for one guy. I was told it would take four hours. No big deal except that I finally had to leave before the job was done and had to pay before I left and before the work was finished. I was OK with it but could see it as an issue with others.

The service went well. The actual work was fine and it was done from what I can see very thoroughly. However, their problem was the scheduling. They had a mishap and did not show up when they were expected to show up. It delayed me actually getting the service by a day. It was actually supposed to be less, but I had more windows than the original estimate. They did a window count and it was a greater count than I had estimated so it cost $130. The person was clean. From what I can see on the windows, every window was done thoroughly. I could see that he made sure he got all the windows even those that were not on lofted areas. They were actually very good on the responsiveness. They immediately contacted me as soon as I put in the request.

I saw them doing work in the neighborhood and asked for the estimate. They gave me an estimate. Later on I found the price they gave me was three times more than my neighbor's. When another family member asked (not aware I already got the quote), the price was half of what I was quoted. On top of that, they didn't show up as scheduled three times.

Was pleased with the services and only had one issue. We had to clean our bath tub after he cleaned the bathroom windows. Not sure where dirt came from.

They did a lot of the things they promised to do and some of the things, they did not. They came a day that they were not supposed to come. They came like two days before we were expecting them. I was going to work. So, I had to move things and stuff like then. It was kind of a disaster. He was a nice man, but it looked like we were his first clients. He seemed very inexperienced and nervous. Maybe after he gets some experience, he will do better. He was going to leave when we said he did not do the living room window so he did do them, but we were a little disappointed. The money was $139 and we have a townhouse and we do not have a lot of windows. It was a lot of money because there were only two windows upstairs, two downstairs, and three patio doors. We paid him $139, but my husband has already paid Angie’s List. So, we double paid, but they did give us our money back. There was confusion on who do we pay.

Once i called and set up an appointment to clean my house and got a quote for cleaning over 100 windows they gave me a price for $220.00 Once the cleaners came to the house they were asking $800.00..

The crew arrived later than expected but they called to let me know that they were running late so it was no big deal. All the guys were very professional and got all of the work done in a good amount of time. My windows and screens really look so much better now that they're clean. The only issue I have is that there is condensation between the windows and storm windows after the cleaning. I hope the condensation dries without any marks. The only complaint I had is that they didn't seem to know that I had bought a deal through Angie's list and gave me a bill at the end of the service for the cost of cleaning the windows, screens and storm windows. The windows and sceeens were included in the price, so I only owed them for the storm windows. All in all, a good job so I would recommend Prime Time Window Cleaning to friends and neighbors.

The service was good, and the person performing the service knew what he was doing. He knocked it out fast. He listened to my concern and fixed a part of the gutter that had been leaking for awhile. My only problem with the company is that in the end they were pretty overpriced for the work that needed to be done. I needed the work done and bought the first Angie's List offer I found. Had used the company at another house and in hindsight...really expensive. I will shop around before purchasing from now on and won't use Prime Time again.

All went like clockwork. We have used Prime Time both for gutters and window cleaning, which we just scheduled. Appointments are easy to make, usually there is a discount coupon available, they keep records so that makes it easy to re-schedule. They are fast and reliable.

Bought my first promotion deal thru Angie's List for this service to clean my gutters on my house. Some gentlemen came and were quick and professional and did a great job. The deal was for a 2 story house and no limit on downspouts, as I had seen other restrictions like this for other companies. However, when finished they asked for a check for an extra $75 (or so, I can't recall it was a few months ago). They told me my house was big (it's 2 stories but does has a walkout basement) and that my gutters were really dirty. I went back and checked my coupon and saw no restrictions but I gave them a check anyway b/c I was not in the mood to argue or barter. He also said I had trash in my gutters but this was not true- I do indeed have the dirtiest tree around- a cottonwood, next to my house so this is no doubt the trash he was referring to. Ii called Angie's List and they took my feedback call about paying extra money for a promo that stated I didn't need to. Someone form the company called and said that it sounded like my house was a big house (but again, there not seeing restrictions) but they would not cash my check and indeed it would only cost me the original $149. This was a fair solution as they wanted to make sure I was happy and would use them again/refer them in the future to which I agree I would. My issue at the end of the day is the Angie's List promo. I understand the whole 'exclusions apply' and there being exceptions but at the same time I don't want to haggle around with something I perceive to be a convenient deal/offer. I see my side as a customer as well as the contractors side that they have to draw the line somewhere.

House turned out nice. Gutter debris was blown into my lawn. Outside windows OK some streaking. Inside windows only glass cleaned. Trim and ledges not done. Called and man was sent out to correct all the problems. Did OK but shouldn't have had to come out should have been done right the first time. Both times I had to go behind them and straighten everything out and hang drapes back in place. You got me once and that won't happen again.

It went great. On time very professional and he was here no more than an hour.

The man arrived on time,came to the door ,introduced himself,told me what he was going to do. I asked him to be careful about leaving the gates to the backyard open oon behalf of my little dog,Bosco who runs 100 m.p.h.after any thing that goes by our house. He went around ,did what had to be done ,came back to the front door and asked me if everything was ok. I was happy ,I paid him. And I will have them back this spring 2016.
