Not that well. We had to call them back to do the job right, and even the second job was pretty half-assed. Also... Unless you are a fan of CONSTANTLY being harassed on the telephone for more work, I would not recommend this company. I am now to a point where I am pursuing legal harassment charges just to get off of their call list.

From what i can see, the service was performed satisfactorily.

They were great. They were very flexible. They did an awesome job.

I think they were competitive on pricing. Two workers came out to wash the windows and it took about two hours.

First time I had the gutters cleaned. I was surprised how much roofing stones collect. It required lots of buckets to remove the debris. Work was done professionally and with care.

Ivan was very nice and done quickly but I only had 3 gutters to clean . I guess I didn't read the small print and for them to flush out the downspouts was extra money . Cleaning of the gutter was just getting any debris out by hand. Would use again.

The first scheduled appointment was a no-go because after inspecting the unit he said he couldn't do the work by himself. Prime Time promptly rescheduled; downside was I had to take off an extra day of work but since they hadn't been to this new home before I could understand. The second appointment went better. The team was courteous and cleaned very well. There were a few windows they couldn't reach as they didn't have the right tools on them and sending them back out again for what was free to me but cost the company significant money seemed out of proportion to Prime Time. While I generally understand the point, I am not sure why they were not equipped properly after the first appointment that failed had inspected my unit. I also would ask to have drop clothes next time as they were several wet spots on my hardwood floor and a lot of dust flying in. Overall it was a tremendous step-up from my previous experience and I appreciate the kind offer from Prime Time. I would consider them for both of my properties in the future. The feedback was shared with Prime Time as well over the phone.

This is why I don't like to do reviews. I answer the questions then you force me to write another review and you make demands on how long the review has to be. The company was great and yessss I would use them again. I hope this review is long enough for you.

The guy doing the cleaning did not have a scraper with him and he struggled to get the windows clean. I got so tired of waiting for him to get done that I did some of the windows myself. His behavior was not professional.

This is an update to a previous review in which I left an F grade. While my past experience was a disaster it does seem like the company is trying to right some wrongs. They reached out to me and offered me a full refund on my last job and an additional free gutter cleaning to make up for it. The worker that came out did a great job with the gutter cleaning and picked up everything leaving the space like it was before they started.

They had to come twice as they only cleaned the gutter without repairing the first time.

They did a decent job. Im on the fence with companies that reach out to people that complain via AngiesList. But, ultimately, they saw that a customer was unhappy, and made the effort to better the service and my opinion of their work. I give them props for that. I added "Yes" to the inquiry "Would you hire them again?". For the services mentioned above, I do not know if it would be worth more than $150 for me, as I am an able bodied guy. I just have too much on my plate.

My initial appointment didn't go so well as I was told the technicians would be here from 10-noon when I first scheduled the appt. I called at 11:45 and was told they were running behind because they had to wait 1 hr on the first client and should be at my house at about 2 pm. I got a call from the technician at 1:30 (after leaving a msg at the company) and was told there was still one more house before me. Since it had started raining I cancelled and rescheduled making sure I was the first appt of the day. The technicians (Victor and Oscar) were here promptly at 8 am and began working right away. They were efficient, professional and did a great job working together. I have 32 windows and they cleaned all the screens as well and were done in just under 2 hours. Well worth the $! I will use this company again!

The actual work was done very well. They only concern that i had was the timing. I had to remind them that they were supposed to fix them not clean them. (which was the actual promotion) After they came to fix them, they only cleaned them, i had to make sure they have me scheduled (which was 3 weeks later) for a follow up visit to do the actual work. Once that was done, the quality of work was superb. My gutters no longer overflow and are alligned properly.

I called and scheduled, then it snowed, he told me he would call me and we would reschedule. I came home to note that it was "completed". It was not. I had wanted to be present because as I said I had already cleaned my gutters and I wanted someone to do some finishing touches. He was so rude, he claims that that was not what he was paid for and he was completely dismissive. This whole thing could have been avoided if he had just called back and scheduled with me as agreed. Then the person who came out would have met me and I would have been able to go over what I wanted. It wasn't difficult. But yes, he had to come out twice due to his unprofessional behavior.

Not to good, part my fault. They showed up at my office and told the office job was completed. No one called and said there was a mix up. The specifically said it was gutter and down spout repair They came and cleaned my gutters. They came out again and put a few new brackets up on the gutters and did not address the down spouts. One bright spot was the customer service was very responsive. Spending $129 bucks for $10 worth of material and 30 minutes of labor not worth the expense.

They got rid of a lot of waste build up from my gutters and I am very appreciative of the work that was done.

I was very impressed with the information provided and the speed in which my queries were responded to. I received a quote of $520 for the job and the certificate of insurance I requested. I verified the cost quoted included cleaning the deck. I was told that the "deck was part of the house". I provided photos of the shed, and the house to assist with providing an accurate quote. I had a couple of additional questions prior to scheduling that I emailed to PrimeTime. Suddenly, my emails were kicked back as being undeliverable. Apparently, the person I had been dealing with must have separated from the company and the information about this job was not passed on. I sent an email to Primetime via their website regarding the returned emails and scheduling the job and was contacted promptly, which was appreciated. I reviewed the jobs to be performed and confirmed the price we were quoted. I was now being told there was additional cost involved with power washing our deck, which happens to be very small. I offered to send them photos of the deck and to measure it. They would not commit to the $520 price quoted, and I was told they would cost out the deck once they saw it, the day of the job. I indicated this was not what I had contracted for, and I emailed back the documentation and photos previously sent to them to aid in getting a quote. They refused to commit to the $520 quote, but said "not to worry about it" and we set a date for them to come out to do the job. PrimeTime's subcontractor showed up and did not appear to have any of the paperwork emailed to me. After consulting with the main office, I was given a totally different quote for the job - over $400 more than agreed to. The subcontractor called Primetime again and was sent back in to try and negotiate the job again. We felt bad for him because he made no money that day. After the subcontractor left, I immediately got a phone call from PrimeTime trying to renegotiate the cost of the job telling me:. They really wanted my business, You can't expect us to drive to Every customer's house and give an estimate, They've been doing business in this area for over 20 years..... I told him that this is one job he isn't going to get, as it smacked of bait and switch. I know what I contracted for. I can understand having to adjust the price slightly after seeing the job at the site. However, I had the written estimate that was agreed to, emails, and the photos I sent to them to help estimate cost including the deck. Then, to actually get to the job and want to charge over $400 more ($915)?? Not going to happen, especially on my unemployment check. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: After posting my review on YELP about my experience, the next morning I started receiving telephone calls from them starting at 7:00 a.m. which didn't make me happy as I am recuperating from surgery as well as an unhappy response to my YELP review. I'm quite willing to talk this through with them, but DID NOT appreciate the full-court press.

They arrived promptly and after looking at all the windows, determined that there were more windows than deal allowed. After speaking to owner on the phone, we were able to agree on the extra cost of cleaning all windows which was fair. They did a very good job and were thorough.

I phoned and made an afternoon appointment for which no one came and no one called. I called again and they apologized and yet did the same thing on the next day. Okay; I called ONCE MORE and was promised they'd be here on Monday of the next week; claiming they had come to the home but didn't have adequate ladders. Care to guess the outcome? No show and no call. This place is a complete disgrace. Repeatedly lied and disrespected my time.

It turned out fine. They did fine, a fine job. They came early. They called. They did the job and they were gone. They did a wonderful job, no complaints. They were timely and efficient. They came within the time we agreed upon.

They did a great job cleaning the gutters. They were late because it was cold which was fine, but I didn't receive a call. I had to call them. They did provide an explanation of why they weren't there (due to the cold). As far as cost goes I really didn't do much comparison because there was a deal going on. I would certainly use them again.
