+ -1 moreThey came out and did 3 treatments. They said that everything was resolved after the first one, but they did three. I had them come out on the 4th treatment. It was Gold Seal with Presto-X. On the 4th treatment, they claimed that they had me collect anything live and so I put them inside with tape. They guy claimed that everything that I collected was fuzz-balls. I know the difference between a fuzz-ball and an insect. So I had to turn around and send them to the University of Illinois to have them identified. They treated me like I was a crazy old lady. I was corresponding via email with the supervisor and he never called me back, even when I asked him to phone me. When you call, you get transferred to Pennsylvania and then they have to contact someone and call you back. So, all of their local numbers go directly to Pennsylvania.

+ -1 moreThey are simple and reliable. They call me to set up the appointments and even call to confirm as well. They try to accommodate my schedule. I will continue to use them for future service and would also recommend them.
Description of Work: They come out quarterly to provide pest control service for us. We have a contract with them to do this work. This is for a 4 flat. We have used them for the last seven or eight years.
