I didn't use them. I was price shopping and ended up not doing the project this year. It is something that I will come back to. He was prompt and showed up when he said he would. It was about the best I could ask for in getting an estimate. His price wasn't the best but I would definitely consider getting another estimate from him.

Pressure Washing Unlimited was very good. They were professional and preformed great quality work. I recommend their services to anyone.

Never received a quote, so the experience never materialized...

Their quote amount was about $3223. The price was pretty good. We are going to end up going with someone else. I called them and asked them some questions later and he was seemed to be with an attitude like I should already know that. I had to ask for the warranty with this company. I didn't really get a full answer. They were on time when they came.

I called on Tuesday based on the good review from this site. They said Ryan would be returning a phone call that day to set up a time for an estimate. I didn't get a call that day or the next day. I called back on Thursday explaining that I was still waiting for a call to set up an estimate. Ryan was still 'busy' and the assured me he would call back...and he didn't. If you want to work with this company do yourself a favor and call a back-up at the same time!

Twenty minutes late (coudln't park), did the job very well, made absolutely no additional mess, moved all furniture, plants and put things back. Cheerful staff, too.

I called for an appointment, was given a date of 3/29 for a quote. They never showed. Ryan admitted it was a scheduling error on his part and apologized. So we resheduled for 4/1. I received another call from Ryan that he was having some family issues and could not come. He asked to resheduled, at this point I declined. Disappointing that my appointments weren't cared for properly. Would like to think someone could have taken Ryan's place to provide a quote.

They have good pricing and they are reliable.

The job went very well and was delayed only slightly by rain. The crew was punctual and professional, and they did an excellent job overall.

First time I called, Ryan from the company couldn't give the exact estimate but a rough estimate over the phone. The rough estimate sounded good because of angie's list discount incorporated. However, when I asked for a definite quote on the second call (don't want to be surprised by the charge at the end of the process), they made it sound very busy to come out to do an estimate (by saying it would take a much longer time - weeks- to come out.) Note that they said they were able to come out the very next day when they misunderstood that we would want the service right away. And the expression turned into a very lukewarm together with the sudden busy on the estimator when realizing that "final estimate" was my request. Granted that their working crew and the estimator could have a significantly different schedule. Or would it simply be that they just try to get away from the promotional discount period for Angie's list member? Anyhow, we agreed that I could send them an email of our house photos to get the exact estimate. Out of my extremely busy schedule at the time, I rushed to take the pictures of the house from different sides/views and emailed them (together with the dimension). I also called to make sure they received my email with attachments. (should there be an A-rated client?) Ryan said he saw the pictures and would get back to me on the same day. However, there was no respond back - neither phone or email for days. So I called to follow-up and asked to speak to Ryan. After hearing my name, the person who answered the phone told me that Ryan was on the phone with another client and he would make sure Ryan call us back. (although this very person who answered the phone sounded very much like Ryan himself.) There is no call back from the company till the date of this report (almost 3 months now). I think our residential business could be too small for this company. Or may be they are just "too busy to earn new business". As for our project, we ended up getting the pressure washing service from another A-rated contractor from Angie's list - who is a real professional and of better value of money, even without Angie's list membership discount!!

We bid out the job to 3 or 4 companies. Their bid was great, they just weren't the lowest bid. The name stands out because I did continue to get mailings from them saying things like that they would still do the work for the same price even though it has been 3 months. Their stuff is all top of the line, their bid was very thorough but we didn't go with them.

I was completely satisfied with their work and I will be hiring them again.

The company is very responsive. After contacting them, they came out immediately and provided me with a quote. Because it was so late in the season, they were not sure if they would be able to fit my job in 2009 and let me know that it may be bumped to their 2010 season. They constantly keep me up to date as to whether the job would get done in 2009 (which it did). This company was very easy to work with.

My call was answered promptly and i was able to schedule the cleaning for three days later. The crew worked well together and the job was well done.

The Pressure Washing group responded promptly to our request for an estimate. We were able to schedule the service the following week. On the scheduled date, the group arrived on time, and performed the service in a very professional manner. The group asked pertinent, proactive questions and were careful not to impact areas that were not intended to be pressure washed. We would use Pressure Washing again without hesitation.

They were able to give us a quote right away. They were willing to apply product on portions of masonry wall to prove it worked. They were punctual, easy to reach and very professional. We had confidence in their assessment of situation and product used. They were able to schedule the work immediately. They took time and care in the application of the sealant. they cleaned up every bit of mess made. I am confident if I need them again for any problem, they will return in a second.

Ryne was very professional, he explained everything that needed to be done. He even used his own water. This is the great part, he even did some extra things that were not on the estimate (not minor things), he was very generous. As far as the price, I got estimates from 4 other companies, which all asked to be allowed to be competitive to the lowest bid, they couldn't even touch Ryne's quote. If ever I need pressure washing, I have no doubts who to call.

I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to send out a team this morning. They called me when they were in route and were very easy to work with. They did a very nice job and asked me to confirm the work was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. The price was a bit high, but they noted on the phone that they would have been able to offer a discount if they already had another appointment scheduled in the area.

All services were performed by the company as expected. The two decks are beautiful and the sealing of the outside brick of the building should prevent the bricks from further deterioration. The company even kicked in cleaning of my wood fence, which was not part of the contract.

This house is 11+ years old. Over the last year we endured new home construction right next door, which resulted in an excessive amount of brick and wood dust. Pressure Washing was called for an estimate, which they came out and did immediately. Their price was fair and I was impressed that they responded so quickly. The work was scheduled, done and completed when promised. All staff was professional and they have excellent customer service skills. I was called later in the day to ask how the work went. The fact that they called puts them top on my list - it's hard to find a company that seems to care about their customers, but Pressure Washing seems to be one of the few that do seem to care. Thank you Pressure Washing for a job well done.

This was an excellent experience. I received an estimate within 1.5 hours of calling for information and was able to schedule the service for 8:30 a.m. the next morning. Three men came promptly and completely cleaned the patio. They moved furniture and even cleaned items I didn't even ask about. They brought all of their machinery since the truck is loaded with everything, including water. I will definitely call them annually and will recommend them to others.

I found this company through my neighbor--I had NO idea what an impact power washing could make on old wood. They were really timely, spent an amazing amount of time being very thorough on the washing and sealing. They also gave me good quotes for sanding/painting our iron fence and front porch. We'll use them again soon!
