Description of Work: DIAGNOSE A KITCHEN SINK THAT WOULDN'T DRAIN FOLLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW SINK. THE SINK IS DEEPER THAN THE OLD ONE AND I WAS CONCERNED THAT THE 'PITCH' WAS WRONG. THEY FIGURED OUT THAT IT WAS A BLOCKAGE IN THE DRAIN, NOT A PITCH PROBLEM. GIVEN THIS WAS ON A SATURDAY AND AN EMERGENCY (HOUSEGUESTS ARRIVING ON SUNDAY), IT WAS WORTH THE PRICE.

Description of Work: MY FIRST BIG PROBLEM WITH POWER PLUMBING IS THAT THEY CHARGE FOR THE TRAVEL TIME IT TAKES THEM TO REACH THE JOB PLUS THE TIME IT TAKES TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE TOILET. THE PLUMBER CAME OVER AND SAID THE TOILET NEEDED A NEW VALVE AND REPLACED IT. HOWEVER, I LEARNED LATER THAT THE TOILET WAS STILL LEAKING. HAD HE CHECKED HIS WORK HE WOULD HAVE NOTICED THIS. I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER VISIT WHEN HE FINALLY FIXED THE LEAK.
