Absolutely pleased with Power Home Remodeling! They recently replaced a full house of windows for us and handled some unexpected issues with our windowsills, which needed replacing due to rot. Their team was on time and displayed utmost professionalism. The quality of work is evident, and their attention to detail impressed us greatly. We definitely plan on using their services again. Highly recommend!

More interested in trying to upsell me on "roofing systems" instead of talking to me about a quote. Wasted my time.

My experience started well but turned south at the end. The company was on time and friendly. Installation took place on schedule. They get two stars due to what were admitted mistakes in pricing on their part and the refusal to honor there word. This was supposed to be a 2 part project. 1st half took place on the day of installation I found out the second half was more expensive than originally quoted. They refused to honor the original price even though they admitted fault. Only a "customer appeasement" discount was offered. Even with that discount the cost of the second half of the project would be about $2k higher. That's unacceptable and they seemed content in losing a customer. So I'll use a different company going forward. They are friendly but their pricing is deceptive. I would not recommend. Just so no thank you if they knock on your door. Thank me later!!

This company will request you to review them multiple times, but don't actually care about the customer experience. We had a project scheduled to replace our gutters, soffits and fascia. They came and dropped their materials off on a Friday for a Monday start day. Well, they dropped all of the materials off right in front of our garage and we were unable to leave our home for three days with a newborn. They have no one working the weekends to answer phones so we weren't able to speak to anyone about it until Monday. When I was finally able to reach them, the manager I spoke with, Natalie, offered no apology or sympathy. Just let me know they'd move it when they got there to start working. Said the instructions indicated to drop off the material there when I know for a fact I said to put them in the backyard, which is right next to the garage with plenty of space. I was so disappointed with how they handled my complaint. We had to cancel plans, couldn't go to the grocery store, and luckily our newborn didn't have any dr appointments or I would have really been livid. They also left behind material for five days and didn't even pick up everything. The work was fine.

Amazing job - everyone was great, from the individual who set our appointment all the way to the installation - professional, courteous, and efficient!

We replaced 16 windows and back door through Power Home remodeling 5 years ago. Since that time all of the top sashes have had to be replaced due to leakage and decolorization. These replacements take up to a year from the time the issue is reported to be exchanged. Our back door has a glass panel that also leaked. When they replaced it the replacement was a much cheaper panel and the blinds did not work as they should have. This again was replaced with the same cheaper, not working as should blinds and a poor job of installation also. It has now been over a year and we are told that the manufacturer of the glass/ blind panel is out of business and they are trying to find another source. This is terrible, when I speak to their service department they tell me that they will review the issue with a manager and the manager will contact me. A MANAGER HAS YET TO CONTACT ME.

I am pleased with the overall service. I got another estimate for other work but it was overly expensive so I’ll look around.

Don’t use Power Home Remodeling! They are expensive and their seals break after a couple of years! My windows look horrible and the warranty takes 2 years to replace! We can barely see out our bedroom windows because they are so foggy. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Even a replacement screen takes 4+ months.

I had a complete roof redeck, new shingles, rooftop vents, new gutters, etc. After day one, I was extremely dissapointed with the workmanship but, figured it would be fixed on the second day. For 43000 I expected not to see GAF paper hanging off my roof and for it to be flush with the house. The second day they came to replace gutters and trim. They did not lay a tarp down on day 2. They were throwing trim and pieces of the gutters into my bushes and left them there for me to pick up. I went outside to look at the progress and all my solar lights were broken, my landscaping that I got done last year was ruined. There's multiple 1ft deep holes in my backyard, in the front yard and alongside my house a lot of the grass is ruined and there is mud everywhere. My underground hose installed under my plants was pulled up. My wire for my wireless lawnmower was cut and ruined. There were chicken bones left on the bricks in my front yard and an old satellite dish (that was supposed to be removed) was left in my backyard just thrown in the dirt. They left empty boxes and material in my driveway. 43k later and im going to have to spend another 10k on things that they ruined. Completely unnacceptable. They will call you multiple times a day if you show any interest in their services. I'd stay away from this company.

Just had my sliding glass door by Power Home Remolding. The process was really quick and easy. The best project I’ve done in a long time. If you are shopping for sliding glass doors or windows I recommend this company. LIFETIME no questions asked warranty.

Power Home Remodeling replaced windows at my home this summer. During the process they caused damage to my property and offered me money in compensation, to be paid by a check in the mail. As you can imagine, the check never came. Upon following up, multiple time I was told the check is being processed and is in the mail. Today they called me and told me they will not be compensating me gfor damage. Hence this review. In addition, I was offered a discount if I gave a 5-star review. This is why you see so many 5-star reviews, they are paid for by Power Home Remodeling in the for of a discount. If you want to work with a reputable company that you can trust, look elsewhere.

The siding installation looked great at first. We were really sold on the promise of quality on work, product, etc and the warranty. Well about a month after the install two panels of the siding started started coming off. Power quoted me 4 months to have someone come out and look at it. Seems our promise was already being tested and failing. I had to call and convince them to send someone sooner and they did. The guy said it happens, and re-attached the siding with no real 'fix' besides securing it with more nails. Why wasn't it done right the first time? Well here we are 2 more months and the siding is coming away in more areas. I'm very disappointed and I'm really regretting going with power after all their promises of quality.

I purchased a window in July of 2021, with an install date of 12/18/21. They contacted me the week of to say my new install date was Mid Jan 2022(window wasn’t ready). The day before my Jan install I called to confirm my appointment and was told “window still not ready”. New install date Mid February 2022. Finally my window was installed. After installation we found a scratch on one pane and called for a repair. They came out in April and determined that we needed a replacement pane. Received an email on 10/5/22 that the pane was in and to call to make an install appointment. I was given a date in March of 2023. I refused to accept that date. Finally given an install date of 11/7/22 9am. They called at 7am to say they lost the windowpane! I spoke to a manager today who indicated it’s been “lost” they are reordering a new one. ETA Jan 2023! At this point I asked for some monetary compensation and I was refused.

"Disorganized, not honest, potentially scamming customers out of thousands" The prior owner spent over 22K on window replacements in 2014. In 2018 (a year after I moved in) 2 windows had developed a seal failure and spotting that began to worsen. I first contacted PHRG in 2019 for a replacement. They stated there was a 15 month wait time for replacement. Fast forward to dozens of phone calls, emails and false promised dates of delivery and 2 additional windows that developed a seal failure. In response to my latest request for an update, I received a generic email with a difficult to read chart that showed new "promised" date for May 31, 2023 for the original window! This is after they told me my installation was scheduled for October 28th 2022! So, someone told me the window was ready to be installed last week and then another email indicated it hadn't even arrived at the warehouse! It is hard to believe they will ever decide to honor their warranty. Now I am stuck with windows that look like the pictures below and looking to pay out of pocket for the badly installed windows this company put in, in 2014. With a Lifetime warranty.... Please reconsider choosing this company. They have very poor customer service and are extremely disorganized at best and outright lying to customers at worst.

The guy from this company came to give us an estimate for a standard asphalt shingle roof. Super nice and polite and telling you how gorgeous your house is lol. Has this iPad with nice animations showing everything about the materials, their company and what not. He spent 2.5 hours at our house (!) took pictures in the attic told us how bad it is of course. So it was all fine until he started talking money. That’s where I thought the dude is out of his mind. We got multiple quotes at roughly $5/sq foot which seems like an average at this point in time. He quoted us 14$ (!!!) per square foot, almost triple the average for a basic roof. Then he said he can give us 25% off if we agree to it on the spot (some sketchy s***). Even with that discount it’s double the average of other quotes lol. The cherry on top was 17% APR financing LOL. I have credit cards better than that. Thanks but no thanks. Tried to tell us that those other companies would give us a roof that will go bad in 5 years (right). I’m sure their roof will be fine and they’ll honor warranty if something happens, but d***, triple the market rate is outrageous IMHO. If you don’t count your money and ready to pay these absurd prices I’m sure it will work out for you. Hope this helps.

It went great! They are all professional and knowledgeable. They explain thoroughly and educate me on what they are doing. They also listen to customers voice and follow my requests. I'll would definitely recommend them.

Very well. Crew arrived on time, worked overtime to complete the job in one day. One minor issue arose and they addressed it immediately. Professional, personable, clean crew - no smokers or tobacco chewers on the crew. Left the yard spotless and the neighbors speechless at how good the house looks.

From start to finish each contact was professional and thorough. Follow up in regard to my satisfaction was foremost. Price seemed very reasonable. I was very comfortable with the whole process and experience.

We had new windows installed they put in 6 windows within 3 hours and did a fantastic job! They were clean, efficient and the windows look great! I’m so glad we replaced them and can’t wait to watch my energy bills drop!

Excellent staff, installation, and communication. Work was done as promised with follow-up to ensure everything is done to satisfaction. Follow-up inspector noticed a minor product issue and immediately initiated the warranty process to have it resolved.

I had the windows (a total of 8) on my second floor replaced, as well as one rear door. The whole window installation only took them a couple hours. Great looking windows. Profesional and left my home very clean. Great quality windows. Highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

Everyone we worked with was exceptionally knowledgable and polite. No one likes to spend money on windows, but they made it painless and made us very comfortable. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their home.
