Had a similar experience that another reviewer spoke of with the sales person. Beyond needlessly slow. The inspection was very thorough. But when it came time to talk price and scope of the project the guy just got too weird. “What do you mean how much it will cost. How can I do that”. I could not get beyond it and asked him to leave. I don’t like to go with a company I feel they are working too hard to over sell me

To start with the product,sales, project manager, crew and quality assurance they are indeed very professional and courteous. They make you feel very well taken care of.

Arrived within two hour window. Friendly crew explained everything they were going to do. Efficient and thorough. Inside cleanup was great but the outside could have been better. Found glass shards and some weather strip left behind. But we are very happy with the windows.

Excellent. All involved in the project were courteous, generous with their time, knowledgeable and answered all questions. They cleaned up afterward thoroughly. They were prompt and efficient I would use them again.

Power did an amazing job replacing windows in my house built in 1912. From customer support to sales to installation, everything was top notch. I would recommend to anyone who needs the best windows around!

It went very well. Everyone was professional from the salesperson to the install crew to the quality insurance manager. At every step of the way, those from Power Home Remodeling made sure I understood the process and that I was satisfied with the work completed. I would highly recommend them for a new roof and I would definitely use them for other home remodeling projects.

Power was very courteous and understanding of our situation. They worked around our schedule, even when there was an unexpected delay due to a massive April snowstorm. The end result looks great, and their warranty gave us a ton of confidence in the project.

Power has been a fantastic company to work with and their products are amazing. I bought my first home knowing I had to do several updates. I had a less than stellar person do the siding and gutters. I had Power redo original windows and after discussing all that is wrong with the siding and gutters, got a great offer from them to redo. While I hate redoing something only a couple of years old, my peace of mind knowing that Power will do it correctly and with great products is priceless. Their energy efficiency products are top of the line. Their communication and work is great too. On time, super clean, full review of everything before they leave. They have a great reputation for a reason. They care about making their customers happy and have those customers repeat. Highly recommend Power! Wonderful. The crew arrived on time, took down existing siding AND original siding, put up new siding and gutters. Their attention to detail was amazing, and the site was spotless after they finished. Two thumbs up.

Overall I am completely satisfied with the results of the work everybody has come to the home has been professional courteous and has explained everything very well they took their time to really go over the quality and why they use what they do. I was impressed by the workers who came on time and got right to work everybody has been extremely professional and this was a five-star experience .

To begin with the sales/estimate team came on time, was very polite and very thorough. When we agreed to do the project they set up an appointment for another team to come out and remeasure everything and make sure the detail of the project were correct before placing the order for materials. A time was scheduled to start the project and they actually called and said the materials and team were ready to come 2 days early! During the deconstruction/construction the worker were polite and professional. The project manager was checking on things as the project progressed, always communicating with us any problems that were found and to be corrected along the way. The follow-up/quality assurance has been very well done with attention to detail being a high priority. All through the process communication between the teams of workers, the office and us has been constant, consistent and polite.

Installation just finished today - all through the process, everyone who came in the door or that we had contact with from sales to install was prompt and professional. Windows look great and we are looking forward to a draft-free rest of the winter with beautiful functional windows to enjoy. Would definitely hire them again.

By far this was one of the best experiences I’ve never had with a contractor. Everything came together very smoothly I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the windows and the full exclamation up every single detail that was to be done to my home. I also have a delicate situation in my home with my elderly mom, that Power was going to accommodate me in above and beyond ways. They really kept their promise on the way through this job has been a blessing to our home and we would strongly consider using them again in the future .

In all honesty in the beginning this was a little bit of a rocky road because I had turned down several opportunities to meet with Power based on their phone call persistency however it came to a point when I was willing to listen by having a call at my door by a young lady and it allowed me to give Power a second chance. So I went ahead and listened to the sales presentation and what it look like is that Power had a very high-quality window and I trusted that their service was going to be professional. So far the project looks really good in the crew is displaying high level of workmanship and professionalism which I appreciate. They are also working in a very tidy manner and everybody has been friendly so far. I’m anticipating this job to finish in one day and would highly recommend Power and consider using them again in the future .

They were able to show comparisons from cheaper vinyl to the premium grade that they use and we felt really good about the warranty and the fact they use their own crews , not subs, and the time taken to explain the quality. First off I just want to say how professional and pleasant this entire experience went . Everything from start to finish ran in a very smooth and easy way. I had met Power by someone knocking at my door and eventually met with the sales person who thoroughly demonstrated the high-quality windows which really ultimately motivated by decision to say yes to the project. There was many demonstrations but the one that stood out the most with the heat lamp which showed how energy efficient these new windows would be. From there there was a measurement confirmation. Then on to the wonderful installation partners. To a follow up with quality assurance to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Power and would consider using them again in the future.

I am very pleased with the results of my new windows from power home remodeling. My old windows were very drafty and were never installed the right way without any insulation. I met Power home remodeling by somebody coming by to knock on my door. Once they were able to show me the quality of the product and displayed superior features that I liked that really made a difference in my decision to hire them. I would say that not only what is the product exceeding my expectations, but really the overall installation experience was great, smooth, and easy. I really like the screen mesh features along with all of the high energy efficiency features as well. I would be happy to recommend them and use them again.
