Overall I was extremely satisfied with the workmanship the crews operated in a very professional and quick manner, everybody has showed up on time and has walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I’m very happy and Will continue to work with POWER in the future

We were a bit hesitant to go with a door to door contractor, because of past bad experiences. Power reps and company are slowing but surely restoring our trust in the home repair industry. Joe, the rep who came to for the estimate was so patient and knowledgable. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to earn our business. Prior to the install we had a couple reps come make sure measurements and job could be completed as promised. During today's install, we received a visit from their quality assurance manager, Jason, who walked around the job, helped us sign up for warranty, communicated progress and timelines. Chris the installer was on time, clean, and very accomodating. We are pleased with their professionalism.

My overall experience with Power could not have gone better! From my very first consultation, which was incredibly thorough and detailed, all the way through installation, every person I came in contact with was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. Their customer service and response time was beyond expectations and you can tell that everyone working there really cares about their customers. The price was very competitive to others in the marketplace, while it seems their product and process is superior from what I have experienced and researched. The process was amazingly quick and seamless. I could not recommend Power more and look forward to using them again for new doors in the future!

The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago. I would highly suggest using power for your next home remodeling project. I will def be using them again in the future.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company! Our initial salesperson was excellent, Alex, who said that we could apply for financing even if we planned to pay the balance upon completion of the work. Less than one week later another POWER representative comes to our door and demands $11,000 or they would not start the work. I explained that this is not what we were told by Alex, and he said that Alex had nothing to do with this because he had the financing representative on his cell phone, and he would explain it to me. I declined to speak to the financing representative despite the POWER representatives annoying and harassing insistence. I kept repeating that I wanted to speak to the sales rep Alex again. Frustrated with the POWER reps dismissal of my desire to speak to Alex and broken-record questioning could I write him a check or give him a credit card for the $11,000 now, I stated that I was cancelling the contract with them. Two days later, POWER Sales Representative Alex appeared at my door again, he was very apologetic and said that the other POWER rep claimed that I was charging Alex with misrepresenting the company. After speaking to Alex again, I explained that we were fairly sure that we would not need financing and could pay the balance in full on completion of the work. Alex explained that a financing application is required in case circumstances prevented me from paying the entire balance; he said that even with the financing I could pay the balance and would not owe any interest. In a gesture of goodwill for the ordeal we suffered with the previous POWER representative, Alex knocked $1,000 off the price of our siding/gutter project. Next came the "measuring guy" from POWER; and while I guess I shouldn't have been surprised, the "measuring guy" stated that Alex measured inaccurately and therefore the correct cost to us was ironically $1,000 more than previously quoted - bye, bye goodwill gesture! Then CoVID19 happened, so the project was pushed off several weeks - but when they finished, my fiancee and I were shocked and very upset about how sloppily and rushed the work was done! There were gaping seams, corners that didn't connect, nails in the yard and on the patio, caulking that wasn't done! It was terrible! I took pictures of all of the issues and sent them to Matt, VP at POWER, who initially tried to placate me regarding the work, but eventually agreed to have another crew come to fix the issues with the shoddy workmanship of the original installers. The two install repairmen who returned days later spoke very broken English making communication difficult; they wanted me to go around the house and point out every problem, as they fixed it, then show them the next issue and so on. One of them even agreed that the worked looked rushed. Mostly satisfied with the repairs, we received a bill from the finance company, which we paid in full within 3 days. Several weeks later the finance company sent another bill for approximately $114, and when I inquired why since we had paid in full, they claimed that this was for the interest on the loan. I argued that we paid it in full, and it was impossible to accumulate that much interest cost in the few days that the loan even existed! I was transferred to the "Supervisor" of the Foundation Finance representative, who merely regurgitated the same exact garbage I was already told. They claimed that there was no promotional period for this loan, and I would have to pay the approximately $114 in interest for the roughly 5 days that the loan was in existence. The financing was only at 9.9% interest! To add salt to the wound, less than one week after the second crew completed their corrections to the original work, we experienced a very hard rainfall, and as a result developed a water spot on the ceiling right in the area where I had complained that was sealed properly. I called Dave of POWER Home warranty to advise him, but to date (weeks later) he has yet to return my call. To avoid matters getting worse, I got on a ladder and added sealing myself. One week ago my son stepped on a nail in our yard identical to the nails used by POWER Home remodeling. Save yourself a lot of headaches and avoid working with POWER Home remodeling - find someone local who will return your calls, honor the financing agreement and ensure that the work completed is professional and done correctly!

We had our construction grade windows replaced about a month ago. The crew was efficient, professional, and clean. I loved our experience!

Here it is summed up: They claimed to be THE MANUFACTURER of the all materials! (THEY ARE NOT) They claim they never said that and that I AM A LIAR! HOW DARE THEY! They started ripping off the roof AFTER BEING TOLD TO GET OFF THE PROPERTY! They agreed if gutter guards had to be removed not to do project. THEY DID IT ANYWAY! THEY DID NOT REPLACED GUTTER GUARDS AFTER AS THEY PROMISED! They destroyed insulation and tried to sell us on replacing it for $6000!!! They said they would pay us their quote for or insulation and changed it to $600!!! They ignored our calls, letters, and emails on these matters for almost two years! They charged us over $4000 then agreed on! They dented our ceiling in to places and claimed they would fix it then drove away FAST!! They bent an electric poll and then built the new roof around it out of place! They agreed to pay about $1200 of the $20,000 of damages and wanted us to remove these reviews without compensation! This company puts A LOT OF EFFORT INTO PUTTING UP FAKE REVIEWS AND PAYING CUSTOMERS THOUSANDS FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS ON LINE. THEY HAVE HAD HUNDREDS OF HONEST REVIEWS REMOVED AND GOOGLE HAD DELETED THOUSANDS OF THEIR FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS WHICH THEY ARE CURRENTLY REPLACING.

They did an excellent job. It was actually 2 jobs. They completed the gutter portion and I re-hired them to do the siding. Excellent quality materials and workmanship. Completed on time. Cleaned up when finished.

We've had 15 windows done in 2017(good experience) and again, 11 more in January 2020. While the windows are great quality and worth the buck you pay compared to others, the customer service the second time wasn't the best. It was one of the same people from the first time too. They speak a different language, which isn't a problem at all. This time though, they took our shutters down and placed them on the ground. One of them was stepped on and cracked. Before the end of day 1, they brought it to me and said that the amazon delivery driver(that delivered something 3 hours before I'm hearing about this), stepped on it. He asked all his crew and they said they didn't. There was no way of proving either side. The fact of the matter is it was put in a place that clearly wasn't safe regardless. As a customer, this is out of my control. He offered to give me cash to get 2 more shutters. I wouldn't take it as its not his responsibility. After talking to the project manager the second time(the first time he didn't seem to care), he said they would replace them with the same color. They came days later to replace, but we weren't home. At this point, we got a video doorbell because I was uneasy about them lying about this. We could see them there and they said they were installing the new shutters. We then got home late, but looked the next day and they are NOT the same color. Similar shade, but not the same or the same details as the others. When you live in an association, they are picky about these things. They said they contacted them and they didn't care, but I know otherwise and thats not true. I have to replace them all now. After asking what else they can do, they can just try and match the shade better. While I appreciate what they have done, at the end of the day, I've poured well over 30k into their company. They broke something of mine and even if they didn't, it was damaged during their time on the job because of where they choose to put it(I still think they are lying though). Now I have to pay $800 to get all new shutters because of this. I'm not happy as a customer. I'm not happy as a returning customer and there is no doubt I will not only tell people where my windows are from, I will also be telling them to look elsewhere due to the customer service. This is super disappointing as Power is a word by mouth company, so I thought they would do better, but I don't have the energy to fight it and will just take the hit. Disappointed though for sure. My reason for a review is to make sure others watch the contractors more, because I didn't and had more trust.

Horrible, horrible and horrible again.This is by farthest to worst experience ever in home remodeling. My attic needs replacing of rafters , sister boards and more ,for the wood that is rotten due to inadequate air flow. Power Home Remodeling said they would replace all the wood up ther in the attic. When my roof got tore of all the nails and old shingles where everywhere to be found even on my vehicle ,and got flat tires.My cable even got ripped off, but no one piece of wood replaced in my attic .I also had the gutters torn off and got told that had more rotten damaged wood. Nothing of this was fixed only played out new roof that was not needed ,because my insurance had just been out and I have proof showing I did not need a new roof but repairing and replacing the attic wood and fascia for gutters. So this was all a lie to sell a job ,told that once the old roof was torn off it , all the wood would have been replace. When I went up to my attic and checked it myself I saw nothing was done. I called several times only to complaint about this job, and all that was done is that they told me they messed up big time. So this is the worst thing I've ever experienced.

This project has been amazing. Great follow up and follow through and customer service has been great. We found them on Angies service. They have been Polite and professional, knowledgeable and answered all questions. They have made it very pleasant. The Way it was presented made us comfortable After we said yes we had someone come out to prepare us. We received many texts and calls to confirm Crew came out and installed in a quick, efficient, and professional manner. Very comfortable. Only area of improvement of lead time. A+ experience!

We are very pleased with the job they did. They made a very professional presentation. They are somewhat pricey but the quality of materials used, the quality installation and the transferable lifetime warranty justify the price. We are using them again for siding.

Wonderful! Everyone from the initial phone inquiry to installation and follow up was very professional and respectful. We recommend Power and their staff. They made sure we understood what we were buying and how the job was going to be performed.

As the saying goes you can only have 2 out of the following three: great work, fast completion, or a great price. Power does great work and they are efficient, completely replacing my roof in a day, but they are EXPENSIVE-- well above the average price. They do give a 50 year guarantee on their work and it is transferable. If they were 30% cheaper, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We found power on Angies and they have been so mindful of our needs! I discovered that shingles were blowing off my home and that’s when I decided to have them come out to give us a quote everything was well explained and I was very impressed by the quality of their product and knowing that if I did it this way it would not have to worry about it again. Although it was a little bit more money than I anticipated spending it really made sense after it was explained to me because we wanted to feel safe and we wanted to experience comfort moving forward with our home. There was only one reschedule with the installation but that was due to weather everything else with the communication the follow up and follow through has been on point and I’m happy to recommend power to others yes.

Excellent job well done a very thorough inspection was done to make sure I had the proper info in order to make a well informed decision. I knew I needed gutters and Power had a great oversized gutter system with a lifetime warranty. This has been a well designed project from start to finish.

So far everything has been very smooth with the project. Jason the salesperson was very thorough and explained the whole system to me. I was impressed by the ventilation and all the details that went along with the system. Jason really took his time. The crew worked really efficient and spent 2 days to complete the project. they cleaned up well and were pleasant to deal with. Everyone I've dealt with ahs been very professional and pleasant to deal with. A true 5 star experience

They called to confirm appoint and did not leave message. I called back because I did not recognize the number and realized it could be them. It took a button presses to navigate to a person about the appoint. They confirmed our information then grilled me on my wife's whereabouts before they only wanted to make one trip. He just kept pressing me about where is she, will she be there, we don't want to come if she will not be there. It seemed difficult to get them to understand that we were not buying a roof today and we were getting comparative quotes for the work. It did not seem to matter. In the end they never came out to inspect the roof. We canceled the appointment figuring it may be difficult to get follow up service if it is this hard to get an inspection. Your experience may vary.

Excellent service and explanation of the entire process and materials. Quality of windows and installation was a breeze. Finished product was beyond what we expected considering we had significant damage around sills. The difference in what we had is such a great difference and looks very nice inside and out.

From start to finish our experience has been nothing less than stellar. Mr. Javier Chavez the Remodeling Consultant was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything in great detail, and answered any questions we had. Yes, I was very nervous spending this much money, but after listening to the damage that could happen in the near future if we didn't, was adding to the convincing that this was the better choice. I always say you get what you paid for. Yes, we could of gotten much cheaper. However, no one offered a Life-Time Warranty, that will also carry over to the new home owner if we choose to sell. That is what made it easier for us to say yes. They were hear on-time, and the crew was great and professional. As new home-owners it was very nerve racking, to things like this. Thank you Mr. Chavez for assuring us, that we made the right decision. I can definitely say we will be using this company in the future for our roof and siding, and will be recommending them as well.

So far everything has gone very smoothly with the project that I had done on my home. The crew showed up on time, they were efficient, and also very neat and safe. Being a inspector I would say that this is a high-quality project and I was impressed by the quality of work and product that Power offered. The windows are very efficient, they operate very smooth, and are very durable plus, I like the lifetime warranty. If there is more work to be done in the future, I would be happy to reuse the company.

Everything went perfect and smooth with the job. It was clean, neat and efficient. The follow up and through was in depth and helped us feel great about our purchase. We are grateful for the friendly and polite staff and would absolutely work with them again.
