Super- very much satisfied!
Description of Work: We purchased six (6) windows from Power and we were blown away. The installation was performed at date and time agreed to and took less than a day. Clean-up was especially well done. The windows themselves are very cool, The coating that resists heat was immediately evident and outside sounds were muted- all due to crafted windows. We're so happy with the work and the products that we've decided to purchase a new patio door and large window.

Bad experience
Description of Work: $38,000 for some windows and sliding doors. It was crazy but if you want to get their financing, price will be $58,000 and it gets better, if you don't sing the same day your interest rate goes up so it will cost me $133,000 for 6 windows, 4 slinging doors and 4 picture windows. Waist of time. All of have to say if you ever see them at sams club, don't waist your time.

Power's customer satisfaction rate for those who have had work done is between 95-99%. Having performed over 300,000 installations, we've found that homeowners are pleased overall with their decision to invest more to receive a premium product and installation as their home is often their largest investment. As our pricing model stands, we are able to offer steep discounts on agreements signed on our first visit. It is simply more cost effective for us to come to an agreement on price if our customers are ready to move forward. We are then able to push those cost savings directly onto the customer for their trust in our products and team. Description of Work: Power installed all new windows 3 years ago on our house and we were very pleased with the results. Their warranty policy is true to their word; we had some hail damage on the window sill capping and they replaced it in a timely manner. Their pricing is competitive for the quality of work and product. We just hired them now to install much needed new gutters, and they did the same high quality work. I was impressed that they noticed the frame around my garage door was dented, so they replaced that, included with the gutters. The communication is top notch and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Description of Work: They came out to give us a free estimate. They told us about what to look for with other companies and what other companies would charge. We told them several times to cut to the chase and give us the cost and eventually asked them to leave. We informed them several times that I had to put my child to sleep by a certain time. Even after we got angry and told them they had 5 minutes to give us a price or they would have to leave they still didn't give us a price. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of our time. Pushy company.

Description of Work: Words cannot describe how fantastic this company is for windows/installation. Decided to replace our windows at home and did some research. This company is truly unique. Attention to detail like no other. The day of installation 3 separate visits by a site supervisor making sure we were happy as the work progressed. Installers were professional, courteous, on time and knowledgeable. The warranty with this company is absolutely over the top. The quality of the windows rivals any in the marketplace. Cannot express how fabulous they were to work with.

Description of Work: The crew worked all the time and for a long time over 11 hours to complete the job. They removed all the old shingles as well as all the wood beneath in very cold weather. So the actual installation went very well. For me the price was higher than I had expected when I first met with the representative Bryan Stotman but he really worked with me to make it where I could feel the advantages were worth the cost. The fact that the warranty is for 50 years and is transferable and is not prorated were good selling points.

They have the most fantastic replacement windows at very reasonable prices. The windows are of extremely high quality. They're steel with vinyl covering so there's no maintenance and they're doubled-paned with insulated glass and Low-E glazing. Plus, the price is way less than comparable brands.

I scheduled an appointment to have a roof replacement estimate after an individual solicited our house, he had been going door to door in our neighborhood. I scheduled an appointment with the man, spoke to a woman on the phone, we set it up for the following week. In the days leading up to the appointment I had several phone calls confirming the appointment. Today, on the day of the appointment I had another phone call confirming the appointment, but at the end of the conversation was told that both me and my husband needed to be present (in the middle of the afternoon) in order to "avoid confusion." Needless to say, my husband is not going to take off work for a roof estimate. Besides that inconvenience, I find it to be absolutely ridiculous that my husband would need to be present for an estimate on our roof. I guarantee that if my husband had set up the appointment they wouldn't have required that his wife be present to "avoid confusion." If this is truly systematic policy for this company it is abhorrent, sexist, and unecessary. You have lost our business, and I hope that anyone who is considering using this company will take this into consideration: Both husband and wife (or at least some man) will need to be present for all appointments. I wonder what they do if a single woman owns a house by herself??
