We were contacted by a door-to-door representative in later 2012, but due to scheduling and family illness during winter, the company was glad to wait until February 2013 to call us back to schedule a sales appointment. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the product and financing, as well as pleasant. The company kept all appointments and was on time. The entire installation was done in one day. The workmen also went over opening, closing, locking, and cleaning until I was satisfied with usage details. The windows look exactly as ordered, and the house is noticeably warmer now that window drafts have been sealed. Windows are high efficiency and heat is being retained, with the furnace already working less. Overall, I would recommend the company to anyone.

2/7/2013: Ryan and Dan spent a great deal of time with me, answered all my questions. Was a little bit hard-sell, but no upfront down payment is required. Next step is meeting with Project Manager. Contact information is in Pennsylvania where their HQ is rather than local contact. Only have the company's toll-free number for contact. 2/14/2013: Met with Jeff, the pre-install manage. He was nice enough and answered my questions, but seemed in a rush. He did not leave any contact information so I do not have a way of reaching him. 2/16/2013: Tried calling the toll-free number that I found online with the local office address. Started with automated voice mail, selected the appropriate option. Then the phone rang for a long time before someone finally answered. They were not able to give me local contact information, but said they would send my request "into the office" and someone would call me back. 3/8/2013: No one from Power called me back until Erica called to reschedule the work due to weather forecasts and size of window. She was very helpful and I finally have local contact. All calls nation-wide are funneled through their Pennsylvania headquarters. Need to know local contacts 4-digit extension to reach them. 3/20/3013: Reminder call. I had concerns about the weather. Dan Price, the project manager, called and provider reassurance. 3/23/2013: 3-man crew arrived on time, rechecked measurements before starting and then got straight to work. Installed a temporary tarp wall to minimize debris and dust in the rest of the house. Put tarps on the floor and over the bushes outside. The crew worked steadily and professionally. They were done in less than 4 hours, cleaned up everything, and removed all debris. Dan Price stopped by to check on the job and answer my questions. All-in-all, a good experience. The C in responsiveness is only due to the lack of contact information in the beginning. A little pricey, but window comes with life-long warranty.

They have the most fantastic replacement windows at very reasonable prices. The windows are of extremely high quality. They're steel with vinyl covering so there's no maintenance and they're doubled-paned with insulated glass and Low-E glazing. Plus, the price is way less than comparable brands.

I scheduled an appointment to have a roof replacement estimate after an individual solicited our house, he had been going door to door in our neighborhood. I scheduled an appointment with the man, spoke to a woman on the phone, we set it up for the following week. In the days leading up to the appointment I had several phone calls confirming the appointment. Today, on the day of the appointment I had another phone call confirming the appointment, but at the end of the conversation was told that both me and my husband needed to be present (in the middle of the afternoon) in order to "avoid confusion." Needless to say, my husband is not going to take off work for a roof estimate. Besides that inconvenience, I find it to be absolutely ridiculous that my husband would need to be present for an estimate on our roof. I guarantee that if my husband had set up the appointment they wouldn't have required that his wife be present to "avoid confusion." If this is truly systematic policy for this company it is abhorrent, sexist, and unecessary. You have lost our business, and I hope that anyone who is considering using this company will take this into consideration: Both husband and wife (or at least some man) will need to be present for all appointments. I wonder what they do if a single woman owns a house by herself??

very informative sales rep.---installers were neat & covered all indoor & outdoor surroundings,cleaned everything before leaving & the the windows are beautifully done & look great.
