3hr tour you want no part of. Prepare for a canned sales pitch followed by sticker shock. These people are outrageously overpriced. Their "free" estimate is a 3hr sales pitch. I was approached at my door by the first solicitor who offered the free estimate . I agreed and was ademate that I just wanted the measurements and price. Not the case when the "estimator" showed up. Sales pitch that lasted so long that it kept my 4 yr old daughter awake. I was fuming. Do not be dazzled by the presentation and there scare tactics. 32sq is in no way 30k with the best materials.

The installation has not occurred yet.

Power was extremely professional from start to finish. They respected my home and gave me a very clean efficient install. They explained in detail the products and procedures I could expect and everything they promised came true. They were always on time and checked again and again to make sure I was satisfied throughout the experience. The windows are beautiful and high quality along with an incredible door that gives my home added security energy efficiency and class. I'm thankful for their attention to detail and everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgable. I strongly recommend power to anyone looking for true quality and a lifetime Warrenty that is transferable to the next home owner.

They were good and I like their windows. I called them back to look at something. They came out at no cost to re-grout one side of my windows that I was concerned about, but it turned out to be just a cosmetic issue.

As this is the second time dealing with this company. The first time in the spring to replace two of the windows in front of the house, the experience was so good that this fall we had all the rest of the windows done in our home. Just as our first experience, Power Home Remodeling Group was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable craftsmen. They removed the old windows and installed the new windows with aluminum casing on the outside, and sealing them inside and out. After the installation they cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace that any work had been done except for the new windows. They also explained the operation and how to care for the windows. Just as before the windows operate great and look great inside and out. We are very pleased to do business with Power Home Remodeling Group again. Also the windows installed earlier in the year still operate and look great.

His presentation was great. He was a good salesman but the price was too high. It took too long because it was too expensive and he was over quality for my house. They came right out the next day after I called them. He was telling me that I was going to get the best of everything which he had samples of if I wanted to check on it.

They took good care of our requirements, they were very professional and courteous in terms of how they approach the work itself, on the day of the job they came on time, they call ahead of time for the schedule, finished their job on time and left. They were pretty good.

Provided an excellent product and relieved all our concerns about a company we did not know. Job was well done.

The salesman was very nice and informative. He wasn't pushy at all. We agreed on a price and they called us when the window were available for installation.. They installed all of the window in two days. We 're very happy with the new windows

The work performed was professional and of good quality. The installers were punctual and polite. There was attention to details. They cleaned up well. If this rating was based just on the work I would have given this company an A. The reason I gave a C was the sales approach this company uses is awful. It is super high pressure and lengthy. The price changes when you say no to signing a contract on the spot. They tell you that if you sign right now you get this price, otherwise the salesman basically says you are on your own to try and call the company and set something up. He is done with you. Also, you would not get the "reduced price". We had been exploring both the insulation services and roofing. We did only the insulation because we did not want to sign a big contract with this company. We probably shouldn't have even done that. We really just wanted to get this guy out of our house after hours of talking. We took our roofing business elsewhere. So, great work and product but horrible sales pitching.

Everything from start to finish was handled professionally. Every person I dealt with was punctual and extremely helpful. The sales person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the various options available. Once I decided on the products I wanted installed, a project manager scheduled an appointment and came by to take measurements and ensured that everything that would be needed for the project would be available during installation. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would be there and quickly and professionally installed the items. When the work was done, the installers thoroughly cleaned up and, other than the quality work they left behind, I couldn't even tell they had been there. I have used Power Home Remodeling in the past with wonderful results and they certainly didn't disappoint me this time. Everything looks great and I have received numerous compliments on the work they performed.

Everyone I met with called ahead and were always right on time. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and thoroughly explained everything as well as answering all my questions. The project manager scheduled an appointment to take measurements and made sure that everything would be available for the install. He even noticed some additional materials that would be required and the company provided these at no additional cost. On the day of the install, it was snowing quite heavily and I thought for sure I would be getting a call to reschedule. To my surprise, Derek and his team showed up right on time. They got to work right away, took minimal breaks and stayed until the job was completed. I figured replacing all the windows, the patio door and completing soffit and fascia repairs on a two story house would be difficult to complete in one day in good conditions, but to get all this done during near blizzard conditions was incredible. Even in these conditions, the guys were so good at organizing their work that I never even felt a cool breeze during the install. Except for a few small tools that they lost in the snow (I found these after the snow thawed), the guys did a great job of keeping everything clean during the work and cleaned up so well afterward that it was hard to tell they had done so much work. The quality of each window is awesome. This was quite evident in the cold windy weather. Whereas I could always feel cold air around my old windows, the air around the new windows was just as warm as everywhere else in the house. I am extremely pleased with the new windows, as well as the other work that was done, and would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

The whole process was handled promptly and professionally. The follow up at each step was a great experience after having dealt with non-responsive contractors for too many years. Each member of their team that I encountered was courteous.

Everyone I had contact with was professional, easy to talk to, answered all questions clearly and thoroughly. The crew arrived right on time and did an amazing job. When they left I not only had gorgeous new windows, but everything--inside and out was back the way it was before they came--except in some cases it was better. I am delighted with the company and will use them again.

Overall a positive experience, with a few hitches. The original work dates had to be adjusted due to weather. The first date (for the roofing) was rescheduled for the next day, and completed in one day as promised. The second date (for soffits and fascia) was pushed back, but no one called to reschedule. We contacted them after a long-weekend vacation, and were told the work had been resceduled for the next day - this worked out with our plans, but could easily have been a problem. When the workers arrived the next day, they found that all of their supplies hadn't been delivered and had to reschedule again for the next day. During the estimate/sales call, the rep emphasized their committment to keeping the property clean, and making sure all materials were picked up (including using a magnetic roller). We're still finding nails and shards of fascia around the property - having a toddler, that's a problem. Also, when we ordered new soffits and fascia, we presumed that meant removing the old wood and replacing it, not covering it with new material. It does look great, but it was a disappointing surprise. I mentioned to the workers that this wouldn't improve our vetilation problem - they gladly offered to cut some new holes in the old soffitt before installing the new, vented one; this should solve the problem, and I was very happy with their approachability. My biggest warning to anyone considering using Power is to get your other estimates first. They're hard-sell is to offer you a much lower interest rate if you sign on their first visit. Also, because they are new in our market, that first visit for an "estimate" involved a sales pitch about the company, along with discussing the project - that first visit lasted four hours. On the whole, I'm happy with the results. The materials are high quality and look great. The work is done well, and the roof is expected to last 50 years! The workers are professional and respectful, and what they say they will complete in one day, they do. I would gladly recommend them - just get your other estimates first.

Excellent product. Very professional from first contact to installation and follow up. We're excited about our new windows. And couldn't be more pleased with price, product, and warranty.

The workers arrived and got right to work removing the old windows and frames from the outside. They put protection on inside to protect carpeting, although very virtually no mess on the inside as most of the work was done from the outside. Workers were thorough and professional with the installation, installing aluminum casing on the outside and sealing inside and outside. After installation the workers explained the operation and features of the windows and how to care for them. The windows are everything we expected, they operate excellent and look great inside and out. We are very pleased with Power Home Remodeling and the windows they provided.

The sales pitch is a bit much, so be prepared for it. Their on the spot, take it or leave it proposal seems a bit disingenuous and it is hard to believe they can not offer a price that is good for at least 30 days. The windows we received seem to be very good quality. The scheduling and actual installation was top notch. The installers were punctual, polite,very careful to keep the work area clean and protected, and the final result is excellent.

They were a little bit pricey. I probably might not have used them, but not because of their service or their product, I just think, given my financial situation, I could've done better, money wise. I just think they were a little bit too high in for my finances, but I know I got a good product. Actually I just had them back to put in the other half of my windows. They were prompt, very courteous and very friendly, I had no problem with their personality. It's just that high pressure sales that I can't stand. But they did a really good job.

They were here for 2-1/2 hours...please respect my time contractors. This is a factor in why I will probably not hire them for the work. I basically resent the overkill on the sales job. They could have convinced me of the quality in less than half of the time, which would reduce their overhead and make their product more affordable. I could reduce the costs the company incurs by reducing the time they are trying to push the work. 2 guys for 2-1/2 hours.

All the way through the process, they kept in contact with us, from the initial sales cal and estimate, to the decision making process. There was one delay with the door, and they called us well in advance. I was pleased with the whole process, and they have followup to make sure everything flowed smoothly.

I am disgusted by this company's aggressive and persistent salesmen. After initially asking them to do a "free" estimate, they insisted that they had to come by in the evening and give it to my husband, not to me!! After I said "No, thank you" to the estimate, they continue to call me at least once a day, since they now have my phone number. This has been going on for at least a month. I told them to stop calling me. Nothing happened. Yesterday 2 more salesmen came to the door, one at 4 o'clock and one at 5 o'clock. They also said that my neighbors are getting new windows when i happen to know the neighbors and know that all of their windows have been replaced! They ring the doorbell and then pound on the front door! What jerks! Lucy Herz

We were contacted by a door-to-door representative in later 2012, but due to scheduling and family illness during winter, the company was glad to wait until February 2013 to call us back to schedule a sales appointment. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the product and financing, as well as pleasant. The company kept all appointments and was on time. The entire installation was done in one day. The workmen also went over opening, closing, locking, and cleaning until I was satisfied with usage details. The windows look exactly as ordered, and the house is noticeably warmer now that window drafts have been sealed. Windows are high efficiency and heat is being retained, with the furnace already working less. Overall, I would recommend the company to anyone.

2/7/2013: Ryan and Dan spent a great deal of time with me, answered all my questions. Was a little bit hard-sell, but no upfront down payment is required. Next step is meeting with Project Manager. Contact information is in Pennsylvania where their HQ is rather than local contact. Only have the company's toll-free number for contact. 2/14/2013: Met with Jeff, the pre-install manage. He was nice enough and answered my questions, but seemed in a rush. He did not leave any contact information so I do not have a way of reaching him. 2/16/2013: Tried calling the toll-free number that I found online with the local office address. Started with automated voice mail, selected the appropriate option. Then the phone rang for a long time before someone finally answered. They were not able to give me local contact information, but said they would send my request "into the office" and someone would call me back. 3/8/2013: No one from Power called me back until Erica called to reschedule the work due to weather forecasts and size of window. She was very helpful and I finally have local contact. All calls nation-wide are funneled through their Pennsylvania headquarters. Need to know local contacts 4-digit extension to reach them. 3/20/3013: Reminder call. I had concerns about the weather. Dan Price, the project manager, called and provider reassurance. 3/23/2013: 3-man crew arrived on time, rechecked measurements before starting and then got straight to work. Installed a temporary tarp wall to minimize debris and dust in the rest of the house. Put tarps on the floor and over the bushes outside. The crew worked steadily and professionally. They were done in less than 4 hours, cleaned up everything, and removed all debris. Dan Price stopped by to check on the job and answer my questions. All-in-all, a good experience. The C in responsiveness is only due to the lack of contact information in the beginning. A little pricey, but window comes with life-long warranty.
