Bought 18 new windows, they installed all in 1 day. They are the nicest windows I have ever seen. The installers were great very clean and worked their butts off. Everyone that we have met, and dealt with have been great. Thank you.

I cannot possibly warn enough people about this scam. They guarantee the windows, but when there are problems, nobody shows up for a month. Then when they do show up, they say it's not the window and cite a bunch of other reasons there is an issue. All these other issues even though they do a site inspection prior to installation and no other company I have had out to my home agrees. They blamed my roof for leaking into the window. I had 3 different companies come out and deny I needed work done on my roof. Also, if you choose to finance, read the fine print. They sold me a $6500 bay window. Once I am done paying it off, it'll cost me $16k. I could have bought a used car and a bay window from a different company that probably wouldn't leak. Update January 4th, 2021: we've been battling with them for 2 years now over the faulty window installation. We have videos of water pouring into our house through their window and everything inside our house around the window is damaged. They refuse to show up for appointments and continue to push them out for 2 months even after no-shows. Don't be fooled by the lifetime warranty. The warranty isn't worth anything because they'll deny fault if they even show up. Also, do better research on this company than I did. I only found out after the fact that they are sued regularly and they heavily curate their online presence to show only the positive reviews.

My experience with Power Windows was excellent from the start to the finish of the window. Everything that was promised was followed through on. I knew that due to the pandemic it would take a longer time than usual for the install but they always communicated from start to finish.

Very happy with their work, house looks new. They came out early, took their time and explained everything in detail for me, made sure I understood. They scheduled two weeks out and ended up finishing the project two weeks early! Very happy with the service, went above and beyond our expectations.

The inspection was thorough and the salesperson explained things well. However, their quote is MUCH, MUCH HIGHER than others. I mean MORE THAN DOUBLE. The initial quote amount was almost triple other company's quote, then the salesperson offered several options to lower it, but still more than double. What I dislike most was, the salesperson specifically asked my wife to be present, after the well prepared presentation, emphasizing the roof's existing problem to make it sounds like it has to be replaced immediately, he offer us to sign the deal on the spot in order to get a 15% discount. It was initially $30+K quote and he was trying to get us sign up just that moment! With the 15% discount, I have to admit we almost agreed, but I calmed myself down and refused to sign up on the spot. My wife was mad at me! She thought we are losing the discount! (See how successful the salesperson was!) Days later I got a few quotes from other companies, all are just about one third (yes, 1/3) of this company's initial quote. So I did not sign up with this company and do not know how good their job would be. But they sure have an excellent sales team! I believe they are much over prized.

Honestly if I could sue the company I would. Don’t ever tell someone that the loan they’re signing for is an unsecured loan and then when it’s signed they freaking attached a lien to my freaking house without my freaking consent. Freaking really? Way to #%$& someone out of trying to refinance their house. Worst service ever. Oh and by all freaking means pick up your freaking nails and old insulation when you change stuff instead of leaving people with a freaking nasty $&@ surprise by getting two flat tires. Thanks!

Salesman was Excellent , very thorough ! Workers were on time, highly skilled and did an excellent job !

We had sales people out twice who are good at selling. We had three major issues which we pointed out. The first time we had work with gutters and some other repair we thought one of the major items would be fixed. We were told no that would be part of the siding work so we agreed to the siding but still did not get the one big issue fixed. On the sales side this company is amazing and you will get lots of calls to schedule the work. On the back side you will get crickets. There is no email, online presence or anything but a phone which is never accessible outside of hours. Some of us work so we can pay for the work we thought would be done. I cannot recommend Power even though we have had windows, gutters and siding done by them. Go somewhere else. You can certainly find less expensive alternatives that actually have a way to communicate.

Power home remodeling was great, did great work and guaranteed their work. Friendly and caring group. I would recommend them to anyone needed home improvements. I was very happy on work done. They are Prompt and Efficient.

Power is very professional and great to work with. They explain the whole process very well and are very knowledgeable about their products. They did a fantastic job with installing our attic insulation and we are going to get windows and entry door installed as well. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do work in their house.

Employees were knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Workers came when promised, completed work and cleaned up when they were done. Quality Assurance meeting ensured we were 100% satisfied before we paid a penny. Great company.

Each person that I dealt with was very personable and knowledgeable. No one pressured me into a sale. All workers did their job efficiently. Can't get over how fast each job was done. The cleanup was great. Love how they ask you to come inspect finished job.

Got gutters put in by Power Home Remodeling. They did a great job and We will recommend to family and friends . I was afraid I would have a lot to clean up but they left the property spotless. I am looking forward to my next project with Power.

The crew was very respectful and on time. Power also had great financing available which helped me to get this project done. They installed the windows fast and it looks great.

From beginning to end our experience with Power Home was excellent. The personnel involved were very professional. We upgraded our gutters and replaced soffits to improve ventilation. Work was completed in two days. Clean up was better than expected at the end of day. I would not hesitate to recommend Power to anyone.

Just had my windows installed with Power Home Remodeling. Everyone we have dealt with has been super professional and on time. I've all ready seen some changes, especially with it being quieter. Clean up was supurb. We are really happy and would highly recommend.

From the original person who came to our door even to the sales person they were extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed to make a informed decision. the crews were very professional they completed the work in a timely fashion. They were very efficient they showed up on time. I’m very happy with workmanship. They were very clean about Everything i’d be happy to refer this company to friends and family.
