We compared several window companies over an 18 month period. Power's Windows are very high quality even compared to much more costly Next Windows. They were first rate at every step from initial door-to-door contact; phone follow up; presentation; measurement; project set up & management; completion and after completion follow up quality inspection.

Everyone was very professional. All workers belonged to the company and specialized in only installing Power Home's products. I am very satisfied.

Excellent. Once the deal was signed, everything went as smooth as can be. From the measuring, to planning, pre-inspection and finally the installation everything was well described, and performed. Installers were on time, courteous and clean. Having a supervisor come and show all the features of the windows, explaining the warranty and inspect the installation was a bonus. (The inspector found a problem and had it corrected right away).

Power Home Remodeling Group is an absolutely outstanding company! From day 1 we have had nothing but positive interactions with all of this company's employees. Our experience with Power Home Remodeling Group began with one of their marketers coming to the door and informing us of their company. We scheduled an appointment with one of their salesmen who came to the house the very next day. While the meeting was very long (6 hours) Dennis, the salesman, was very thorough and explained everything about the company and their products. He was very up front, honest, and considerate (all qualities that are difficult to find in a salesman). Once my husband and I decided that we were going to replace windows Dennis explained the entire process so we knew exactly what to expect. From there everything happened the exact way it was explained - there were NO surprises! The man that came to take the window measurements told us exactly what we could expect on the day of installation. He explained the whole process and what we needed to do to get the house ready (remove window treatments and move furniture). Today was the day of window installation and I am completely blown away by the job that was done by the 2 (that's right, 2!) installers. Tom and Peter installed our windows and they were absolutely amazing! They were extremely professional, respectful of our home, and definitely experts in their craft! They arrived at the house at 9:00 this morning and walked out the door at 7:00 P.M. They explained to me the process of the installation and got to work immediately. While I offered them beverages while they worked, they never once took a break. They worked the ENTIRE day! After installing each window they cleaned the area, both inside and out, and moved onto the next. They showed me how to operate the windows and asked if I had any questions. While they worked, 2 project managers came to the house to see how everything was going and to check if I had any questions. They were very pleasant and friendly and made it clear that customer satisfaction was their ultimate goal. At about 6:30 this evening the quality assurance manager came to the house and checked each and every window to make sure every window operated the way it was supposed to. He sat with us and asked about our entire experience with Power Home Remodeling Group. He activated the lifetime warranty right away and gave us the pertinent phone numbers we would need in the event that something happen. All in all, my husband and I are more than 100% satisfied with every person we had the pleasure of dealing with and the final product! Our house looks like it's brand new! It's absolutely beautiful! In the beginning the cost was a hard pill to swallow, however, now that the work is done, I am elated that we chose Power Home Remodeling Group to replace our windows. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

Great experience! Not the cheapest, but the best option for our older home. The crew was extremely professional and great to deal with. The process was very thorough and very detailed.

Thank goodness my husband answered the door! Power Home Remodeling was going door to door because they had a project in the area. Excellence all around. From sales team, to installers to quality control. Every Power employee we dealt with on this project was professional, friendly and went above and beyond what anyone would expect. Quality company, quality product, genuine people. Great results, would definitely recommend to others!

Imaterial showed up 3 days early, workers showed up on time all 3 days ,work was done very professionally. any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. when the workers left all scraps were cleaned up and removed from the site. we would recommend Power to our friends.

Salesperson came to house and explained the entire process, with adequate samples, including fully functioning window displays. Quoted price was much lower than other high-end local vendors. Along with impressive financing options. No remorse over signing contract. Pre-inspection went well. Inspector suggested a few changes for aesthetics reason, which actually LOWERED the overall cost. It was a pleasant surprise to see a company recommend a change that lowered cost rather than trying to up-sell the product. On install day, three crew members came and completed the job. Installers were VERY friendly and took great care to wear foot coverings to avoid dragging mud and dirt. Caulked all windows and meticulously cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Already notice a difference - NO DRAFTS and totally shuts out sound coming from a nearby street. Followed up with a final inspection were they activated our warranty and addressed any other concerns. Already talking about doing vinyl siding replacement with PowerHR. Excellent company. Highly recommended!

I already had my Front room door, a new roof, insulation, new gutters in December. So these 3 new doors were a no brainer. I use a wheelchair so I didnt know till later the bottom door frames needed to be heightened a bit so rolling in and out was easier. They came out 3/1 and adjusted everything perfectly. Nice to know I have a warranty for life with everything. They treat me like a Queen!

Everybody from the sales personnel to the project manager to the installers even the quality Assurance were extremely polite professional courteous and personal. We had not heard of power before but after meeting with Gabe the sales person he took his time and gave us all the information so that we were able to make a well-informed decision. We are extremely pleased with the result of our project and we are looking forward to having more work done in the very near future. Everything about this experience was positive and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend their services to anybody looking for high-quality home remodeling.

It was snowing out that day, guys still showed up very prompt and on time. Received many calls confirming appt and time of men showing up to replace my window. They were done in a few short hours, cleaned up their mess and were not that noisy at all. I would recommend them for any home remodeling project, very professional. I also had them cap the windows on the outside, that was less than an hour and what major look improvement to the outside of our home.

We were sceptical about the sales pitch because of reviews we read on Yelp. Salesman was very respectful, not pushy, and explained everything we needed to know. He certainly did not pressure us. We got 2 prices with financing options based on when we accepted their offer. Since we knew we wanted the job done, we accepted his initial offer and signed the contract. Our next visit was for sizing, and, again, a very pleasant experience. He came out, measured our windows, set up an installation date, and answered any questions we had. Installation was today. Workers were awesome! Respectful, clean, and did a great job. We are very pleased with the job done. Only hitch came when they discovered that one window sent by the factory was the wrong size. The job manager came right out and apologized for the error. Being easygoing and understanding people, we allowed that mistakes happen and are set up for an install for the one window within the next few weeks. Can't wait to see the difference in our utilities over the next year.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the employees and the overall quality of the product. This group is a little heavy on their sales pitch, but as soon as you let them know you are not interested they stop pushing. Power Home Remodeling Group made the whole process quick and painless. The job was finished in one day, workers showed up on time, were professional, cleaned up and provided a quality job. I would use this company again.

Last fella to come to my home was very arrogant would not listen to what I had to say I asked him to leave several times would not leave my home till I agreed with that there was nothing he could do to repair front Windows kept saying Windows were in specs even though they were hourglass shaped

Power came out initially for a pre-inspection (after the sales call). They were very thorough in their review and were responsive when I needed to ask questions after they left (both by email and phone). During the actual installation, they were punctual, worked hard all day (during January!) and the supervisor was present multiple times to check on progress and ask if we had questions. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up well. We had a one day delay in beginning the siding work because of the weather but after that they worked consecutively each day until it was done. The cost was on the high side but they used quality materials and they had a 4 man crew and you could tell that they all knew exactly what they were doing. They also gave us various discounts and allowances at our request. We would use them again without hesitation.

They replaced all of our aged windows {1958) and replaced them with these durably strong tempered glass replacements. Not only are they beautiful in style that we were able to select, but the funtionality and ease of maintaining these windows for normal cleaning is awesome. From start to finish, we would recommend them to all our friends and family. They not only accomplished the job professionally but they also did it in the middle of winter when temps were in low single to double digits,. They addressed our concerns about weather issues and took extra time to insure that each and every issue of drafts were addressed and finished properly. We had an amazing team so willing to work with us. We are very satisfied not only with the whole project but also the value we as home owners can pass on the the next purchaser of our home. Can't beat a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. So go get "The Power"..

Matt came to my door and told me about Power Home Remodeling. Very low key. I did not feel any pressure at all. Normally I do not let any solicitors in my home but Matt was different. So I scheduled an appointment to have estimate on my roof. That is when I met Bryan. Bryan was a teddy bear. I can tell he had a genuine interest in me and my home. By the time he left I felt as though he were family. I can honestly say he went above and beyond what I would have ever expected a person to do. I knew my roof was at its end but not the level of what Bryan showed me. Literally showed me pictures. He did a full inspection even going into my attic that is when he told me "you do not need to use Power to replace your roof but you do need to get it done with someone ASAP." I knew then he was being genuine and never felt like he was trying to sell me. In fact he even showed me other areas of my home that needed to be addressed that I wasn't even aware of. I cannot put into words how happy I am with Power. I am a single disabled women in a wheelchair and was extremely concerned considering all the horror stories I've heard of in the industry. Had Power not knocked on my door I honestly would have put it off till the spring and then had to research companies on my own time and taken a gamble on everything. Luckily Power did knock on my door and today I am completely worry free with my home. Matt (the marketer), Bryan (the consultant), James and Shane (the inspectors), John (the project manager), Gil (quality assurance) and all of the installers and crews were friendly, polite, professional, honest, caring and provided an amazing experience who I now call family. Power is not for everyone. If your looking for the cheapest then Power is not your best option but if you want whats best for your home then Power is your choice. They have done everything to make this as painless as possible i.e. no money down, one day installation and they even made it possible with their financing. Needless to say I highly recommend Power.

The crew arrived at my home right on time and began working immediately. The crew worked diligently for the day and had the roof replaced by the end of the day. The crew was very professional. The work done was very high quality. Because of the type of work provided there was a great deal of debris which was thoroughly removed. The crew even swept the yard with a magnet for nails. There was a foreman on site the entire time the crew was working and he checked in with me several times to make sure that the work was being performed satisfactorily. The foreman then walked around the house with me at the end of the job to ensure I was satisfied and that the work was done as promised. Also periodically during the day, the project manager checked in to make sure the I was happy and had no questions. I highly recommend the work done by Power Home remodeling. I have now had them replace all my windows, all my doors, the roof and gutters. I also intend to have them replace the soffits and fascia. The work they have done for me has been very high quality and my experience with all the employees has been very positive.

First, DO NOT schedule for a estimate at 7pm. This company took 4 hours to complete the THOROUGH inspection and draw up the final paperwork. Would have been perfect at 10 am on a Saturday morning but on a work night at midnight it got old quick. Power has great products and knowledgeable sales staff. Thier presentation was very informative and even their hard sell was easy to handle. The follow up with the project manager was quick and easy. Day of install... On the day of the install the crew showed up on time and got right to work. The had half the roof tore off before I left for work at 9am and though they did have to use the second day they finished on time. Clean up was excellent. So far I have only found one nail in a bush. Solar eclipse attic happened 2 days later and was complete very quickly. including a "free" Nest thermostat that I am too much of a geek not to have in my house. All in all, Workers were great. Price is high but so it the quality of the products and craftsmanship of the workers. I would highly recommend. Like I said with the exception of the marathon price quote this was the best decision we have made for the house. All that plus a 50 year transferable warranty. Can't beat that.

Everything was perfect and we feel very comfortable if there are problems due to the excellent warranty.

Everything went wonderfully. The workers were professional. The product were exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They will call you in the middle of the day of your appointment asking all the questions they should ask during the appointment. If you do not speak with them at the time they call, they will cancel the appointment on you.
