Everything went smoothly with the install. Their team was professional and respectful from beginning to the end. And the windows.....look fantastic on the home. It was a total transformation of the house!

The crew was great. Quick service, windows look amazing. WE will see how the first rain goes to see how well the gutters do!

Overall we were very pleased with the experience with power they installed windows and shutters on our home the process went smoothly and easy . The salesman who came out were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining what really sold us was the high-quality product and the lifetime transferable warranty. The presentation was a little lengthy but super informative and we would highly recommend their services

We have had all of our windows replaced. We have also had our gutters, fascia, and soffits redone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating work on their own home. Power is very professional. The customer service is fabulous. The knowledge of their representatives is exceptional and they do a great job of sharing their knowledge with you to make good choices. You will never be sorry you did business with them.

One of the power guys came by our door one day and offered an obligation free estimate on our windows. Since our windows were 40 years old and falling apart we agreed. Our salesman John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of our windows and presentation of power windows. The heat lamp presentation really impressed us. John seemed very knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to listen. At the end of the presentation we had decided that Power was only company we wanted to work with and agreed to the project. We didn't have to put any money down when we agreed to the project, which made us feel comfortable working with a company that knocked on our door. A few days later, Joe the pre install inspector came by to quickly double check the measurements of the windows as they build them custom for your home. On the day of the install, our crew showed up on time and was actually able to complete the whole project (8 windows and 1 sliding Glass Door) in 1 day. On the day of the install they even sent out Eddie, the quality assurance manager to make sure that the work was being completed as planned and he helped us activate our warranty. They did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. We are really happy with our new windows and the overall project. Now our house looks newer and we're excited to be more energy efficient.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL. ALREADY EXPERIENCING THE BENEFITS OF ENERGY EFFICIENT WINDOWS INSTALLED BY A VERY RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS CREW. THE QUALITY CONTROL ASPECT WAS REALLY REFRESHING! I WOULD GLADELY DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.

It was over $20,000, pretty expensive.

Set up an appointment for going over scope to get a quote. I specifically had to leave work earlier to make it to the appointment on time. I got a call 45 minutes after the appointment time that it needed to be cancelled. If they cant get to a place for quotation punctually, I don't expect them to do the job on time and of quality. Sorry, will never consider them again.

We do not feel that the Power salesman was honest with us. Instead of telling us that THEY DO NOT work with insurance claims (for hail damage), he told us there was not enough damage to file a claim. When Liberty Mutual sent an adjustor to our home days later, we were given a completely different perspective... and a check to cover the repairs! The reality is that Power does provide a decent product, but their prices are double (or more) when you compare them to just about ANY other possible company! If you are comfortable with the idea of paying more than necessary... go with Power. They have a great product, decent customer service, and they do quick work. If you prefer to get a fair price... shop around! We ended up using PG Exteriors for our siding- and we are glad we did! Their customer service was phenomenal; the price was fair; and the end result is amazing!

I just wanted an estimate and they couldn't do that. Apparently they overbooked me and could bot reschedule. Instead they sent me junk mail stating they checked my credit score for a loan I didn't request. Find another company.

They had to be rescheduled several times. Rood and gutters are doing as expected

From the sales person to the installers great job. Very knowledgeable sales person answered all my question. He knew the product in and out. All communications great appointments on time. Installers were great very professional, worked as a team informed me what was going to be done. Great install when finished they cleaned up very good. You would not even known they were here.

The offer came through a sales person walking in my neighborhood. We expressed interest to work with the company and our insurance company for an estimate. Paper work was filled on the spot with specific time for a visit from the person, who would be able to provide estimate. Two days later a call came from a manager to discuss details for the visit - repeated offiers for siding and window repalcements were made. We are not interested in those from the very start. The time (9 am on 03-jun-2017) was confirmed and we were told that an hour before the time we will receive a call from the technician. They call us at 7:30am today to confirm that BTY there is a 1 hour window for the appt. and both of us must be present. We complied. technician cam 5 min short of the allowed time window. Again conversation was turned to windows and siding. we declined again. And then we we told that the company does not work with the insurance companies. THAT killed the deal. While the technician looked like a very pleasant person, this company wasted our time. They knew from the very start that our interest was for work to be done together with the insurance company. The level of disregard of the information provided is not acceptable. I would never recommend this company.

They actually called and were able to do the work a few days earlier than scheduled. They showed up on time. The only issue that we ran into was, when I got home from work, I had not phone, cable or internet. I had to have service come out and they figured out that one of the cables got nailed to the siding. I called the project manager and he took care of that right away. The only other problem I had was that everyone promised to make sure that all the nails would be cleaned up since I had a dog and they had to clean up twice to pick up all the nails that were laying around. As far as the work and the materials, everything looks BEAUTIFUL!! They did a great job!!

Did not hire, but had no major issues with their presentation for complete home window replacement. We set up an appointment thought Sam's Club so there is a discount and a 1 year price lock. The sales presentation is long but informative. They do try to do traditional sales techniques like purchase tonight and get the "first visit" discount. They even called back a week later to set up an appointment because prices dropped further. The product appeared to be made well. With a whole house window replacement project it would be a good idea to talk to a few companies.

At first, they were calling me once a week about my job. I told them that I didn't like getting called that often. They then started calling me once a day. They came by and saw the job, once they did, they then started calling 2 times a day. I had asked them to stop calling me but it got to the point where I was getting calls everyday even on weekends. I decided to go with a company that quoted me $2500 more because they weren't constantly bombarding me with calls.

Horrible customer service, called and came at the wrong time agreed upon, amazingly rude on the phone and not flexible. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone!

Our appointment was for 5:30 pm on a Tuesday evening, confirmed before they left our front door. After waiting until 7:00 pm, we left the house. It is now almost 5 hours since our appointment time and we have not heard a word. Regardless of any other consideration, we will not work with a firm so unprofessional as to leave us hanging with no appearance and no phone call.

I had an appointment scheduled at noon on a Saturday. Received a call 1 1/2 hrs prior saying that they were overbooked and would have to reschedule. This was 1 hour after the first call of the morning saying they wanted to move the appointment up because they had open slots. They also tried to sell me financing at that time, and I informed them we wouldn't be financing. They may have a good product, but the whole thing is a little scam like (read other reviews). I believe the real motivation is the financing, the windows and siding are just the vehicle to get you to finance. Good luck to anyone who uses them, read the fine print!

It went well. The installers were on time and worked quickly. The entire project took just a few hours, everything was cleaned up as if no work had been done, and the end result looks great.
