Description of Work: They replaced a sensor in the freezer compartment of a Viking refrigerator. The faulty sensor caused the freezer to ice over and the freezer and refrigerator to not maintain proper temperature. The repair man cleaned up the icing condition and replaced the sensor. This fixed the problem. He also recommended replacing the rubber gasket around the freezer compartment. He did not have the part but after quite a while returned and replaced the gasket. I was satisfied with the work but not with the price of the service. I indicate I would use the provider again but I am not sure I would because of the cost.

Description of Work: replaced both motors and rotary wheels in my 25 year old Ventahood exhaust fan in kitchen, knew exactly what they were doing, clear explanation including how to clean etc going forwar. As reported by others, they are very knowledgable and the pair worked like demons, taking 2 steps at a time when coming in/out and dealing with circuit breaker in the basement. It took about a week to get into their schedule because my own windows of availability were limited, but they call the night before to provide a 3-hour window, call from truck when en route, and were right on time. I will definitely use them again, and only them, going forward.
