Description of Work: I used them for years but have stopped because they have been unresponsive and their workmanship with grass and shrub cutting is substandard as is their patio paving.

Description of Work: Pilsen Lawn leased a vehicle from my company Beacon Funding in 2006 and defaulted on the contract . They have gone underground with our truck and will not return our property. We have tried on numerous occassions to contact these people and we have been unable to get in touch with them as numbers disconnected. They will not answer the door to their business at 3413 North Keeler ave in Chicago when we sent representatives to their home to confront them about Harbouring our vehicle. We are currently in litigation in Cook County illinois and are suing them to get them to return our equipment. I suggest everyone who read sthis Avoid getting involved with these people ( Jose and Dolores Martinez) at ANY cost .
