The Phenomenal team did an excellent job. They were on-time from the fee quote to the actual work. This was an all day project and they cleaned up well after all the trees had been removed and did an overall great job.

They were good on every front. They arrived on time and worked hard- professionally- throughout the day. I would hire them again.

They were punctual, courteous and professional. They matched a competitors bid. We were happy with their professional service.

Well Except they did not remove 2 small branchd hanging over CWE primary lines.

Excellent job done safely. Large tree surrounded by electric wires needed removal from small yard. Branches were tied before cutting and so branch falling was controlled after cutting, no wires were damaged. Excellent team work of the group.

I live in the Edgewater neighborhood (North Side Chicago) and needed to remove a 3 story pine tree from a tight spot in my back yard surrounded by power lines. A neighbor recommended Phenomenal Tree Service and they certainly lived up to their name. Bothers Eric and Jamie and their crew were responsive, communicative, showed up exactly when they said would with 3 huge vehicles (I don't know how they were able to maneuver those through the tight corners of our Chicago alley, but they did!). They are an awesome bunch of guys and they had that tree down and the yard clean in less than 4 hours, and they cut the trunk into sections per my request for me to use on other projects. The crew was exceptionally contentious and caring. They protected the windows of my garage, took care of the neighbors property, and what REALLY impressed me was one of the guys took it upon himself to dig up some of my new tomato plants, moved them to another part of the garden so they wouldn't be squashed by them hauling the branches and debris out to the truck, an he replanted them back in their original holes when they were done. Seriously!? That alone was enough for me to give these guys a glowing recommendation. The job was done without a hitch and the cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Phenomenal Tree Service to anyone.

Eric was a pleasure to work with. His team had to deal with a tight space to get all the gear into - avoiding power and phone lines. They handled the conditions expertly. They cut down a three story tree with little mess, little noise and great efficiency. They were done with the job in less than a day. We would highly recommend Phenomenal Tree Service.

Great, Eric was fantastic. He came on time and did a really wonderful job. And his price was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job cleaning up. The yard looked immaculate after they left. They even swept the sidewalk and all our stairs. They were really polite and courteous.

We are an 8 unit Condo Association in Uptown Chicago. We have a very tall Silver Maple in the back that needed some attention. Eric the owner was very professional and we discussed what needed to be trimmed to enhance its appearance and keep it away from the building. He came to our appt on time and gave a very competitive estimate. We scheduled a time and date and his crew was even a bit early -- very prompt. His crew was exceptional as I have had a bit of experience as a younger man helping on a friend who had a business like his. They did everything right and were very careful -- securing the large limbs properly and easing them down so nothing was damaged. Lastly, they cleaned up well. I would highly recommend Eric and Phenomenal Tree Service to any of my Chicago neighbors. First rate very professional a pleasure to do business with.

This awesome team was a site to behold. They removed a 60 ft+ pine tree from my backyard. There was not a lot of room to manuever (air conditioner unit, vegetable garden, power lines), but they pulled it off without any harm to anything. They said they would be there at 7:30 a.m. and they were not a minute late. I'm sure my neighbors did not appreciate the chainsaws at that time, but they had the tree down and the stump ground down in about an hour. Clean-up was perfect (looked better than before they started!), crew was professional and well-mannered and the one team member who's job was to climb the tree to cut it down was amazing! Would hire them again in a heartbeat!
