good workmanship and communications

The owner, Eric Avila, is very persistent. I gave him a date when I would be available and he disregarded that. He constantly called to give me a date when he was available. Once we agreed upon a price and date, his crew came out. I was specific about the job I wanted to be done and was assured that his crew could do it. They did not! Branches were still hanging over the property my neighbor and when I asked the crew about it I was told that the branches were unreachable because they were too high. I texted Eric to let him know that the job I requested was not completed as requested. I have not heard from him. After he received his check for payment, his communication ceased. His crew left branches on my lawn as well as tiles which fell from my garage roof when they cut the branches over my garage. I believe that Eric was disingenuous about his business capabilities.

They cane out and took the tree down, they rescheduled several times, they did not remove debris as discussed, my yard is a mess and they never repaired my fence, I?ve been trying to contact them to come out and repair it and have gotten nothing. Would not recommend.

They showed up on time, were very professional, efficient, and even trimmed some low hanging branches on an adjacent tree and disposed of some yard debris that I piled myself without me asking them to. Very good customer service. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others.
