I gave this company 5 stars because Eric and his crew delivered top shelf service. They were professional. 1st Eric came on site to provide a quote and reviewed what needed to be done. Next his crew arrived on time on designated day prepared to begin the work of cutting down a tree that was at least 7 stories tall. When task was completed they removed the tree sections and placed in truck chopper and cleaned up the debris in yard from task and even cleaned the garage roof with a blower. They worked with team precision and got the job done in about 4 hours. I recommend this business. Angie his sister also provided excellent customer service. They definitely are The Phenomenal Tree Service. I even hired them again to remove overgrown evergreen bushes that were at least 7 feet tall in the backyard and they once again, provided consistent excellent service. The company name says it all, Phenomenal!! Had a huge old tree (over a hundred years old) in the backyard close to the house. They addressed all my concerns, gave a great quote, removed the tree in an efficient manner. Left my property neat & tidy. The workers were courteous and professional, starting the job the day after a heavy snow and completing it on a very cold day, including removal of all debris.

This company evaluates the area as well as the tree. Did a fantastic job of totally removing a very huge, very dead old tree in my yard. What a relief!

The entire process was great. I received an honest, competitive quote, and there were no surprise costs at the end of the project. The guys were courteous and efficient. Eric was so professional and responsible for ensuring the best result. I highly recommended them.

Eric talked me through the project and educated me in the process on what exactly should be done. Gave me a fair price (compared to other estimates) and wrote it up on paper right there and gave me a copy. He was on day and time as promised. The work was well done with care and they cleaned up after. I only had to sweep the sidewalk:) And the cost was no more than on the paper. Eric was receptive to questions and the workers on the job were very good.

Hacked away at elm tree over house. Branches were crashing onto roof. Came just before nightfall so had to rush it. No one spoke English. When called them about it, belittled and insulted! Branches just broken off with strips of bark all over yard. This reckless ripping off branches can lay tree open to disease and decay. I had to pay for this risk of possibly large falling branches damaging the house in another strong wind/storm. I?m so sorry I didn?t trust my earlier judgement and not have anything to do with someone who could be a gang member who only wanted my $.

Called for an estimate on a small tree trimming job and the job was completed as soon as the crew was back in the neighborhood. The crew was professional and polite and cleaned up the yard very well. I'd recommend them and I would use them again.

They came out on Thursday and the job was done on Friday.

Erik came gave m a quote and we discussed process. He removed 2 trees( 1 large & one small) and trimmed 2 trees. Reasonable . Crew was polite efficient and cleaned up debris I recommended them to friends and he in fact did 2 more jobs for them. They were satisfied as well! Great service! .

It was a nightmare and Mr. Eric was very rude as a businessman and have no customer service skills he was late at the first interview about an hour late did not call to say he was going to be late. After being so late he called to see if I was still there and I told him I had called Home Advisor and he asked me why did I call them. That is just the start of this nightmare he used my first name as if we were friends on first name basic I know a little about being in business and I would not assume customer first name unless I used Mr. or Mrs. Now that gave me an opinion off the start of his services the only time he started to use my Mrs. Lighthall name was when his crew had torn up the left side of my house almost all of my gutters on that side of my house and pulled up and unlifted my gas vents on the top of the roof of the house and lied about it when I confronted. He was not very business-like once being confronted about the damage to my house but he wanted me to pay him before fixing the damage to my roof so he could get one of his guys to fix the damage but very minimal and I was not agreeing to this. What I did not like about Mr. Eric was he lied to my face as if I was too stupid to see all the damage his crew had done to my house and I was not gonna paid anything until I see the damage fixed but he wanted me to give him some money first in order to fix my house damage. After lying about the damage did not exist he finally agreed to meet with me and my husband and that is when I noticed that there was more damaged to my house than just gutters and missing shingles then he only wanted to agree to fix a minimum of damage stating that his guys did not do the uplifting of my vents on top of the roof but they were around the areas where my trees were resting on the house so I gave him what I wanted and told him I am keeping the $200 for all the damage he did and I tried to tell him he has to change his attitude coz he sounds too shady when you doing business with people. I wish I could show you how damaged my house really was and he pretending like he gonna fix it... I did not trust him to do anything else in my house. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this so-call Tree Trimming Business they are not professionals Tree Trimmers because their job on my property showed me how amateur they really are and the person that is in charge is not very professional either. I have hired other Tree Trimmers that could cut a tree out of fence without bending any part of the fence but these guys need to go back to class on how to cut trees down without tearing up everything around the TREE.
