Description of Work: Sod and lawn clean up

Description of Work: I contracted with the company to cut the grass on a weekly basis for a fair price. No problem they have done that since the time they were hired. I also paid them quickly upon receipt of their invoice. The problem began when I asked them to install sod at an agreed upon price. At the time of installation the sod appeared to be in good condition. I have an irrigation system that properly works. I paid them within 2 days on the presentation of their invoice. Approximately 7 days after the installation the sod began to look dry, browned areas where there was at one time green. I called the company and left a voice mail on my concerns. No return call for about 10 days. I reminded the worker that his brother should call me and he acknowledged he understood me. I received a voice mail from the company stating that there should be no problem with our sod since they put in the same sod elsewhere with no problems. I would have expected that the owner would take the time to meet me and view for himself the conditions. Two weeks ago I again talked to his brother and asked that he remind the owner to call me. Nothing yet. I am holding up payment(s) on the weekly maintenance they have done for about 6 weeks. I will pay them for the maintenance or he can credit me the full amount I had paid them for the sod once I am advised which they prefer.

Description of Work: Perez Landscaping Incorporated did yard clean up, removed some buried bricks, removed a lot of weeds and cut the grass.

Description of Work: Mowed yard and cut weeds. Picked up tree limbs. Weeded patio.

Description of Work: He laidpatio blocks and patched part of the asphalt in the back of the house. He has also done work for my mother, trimming shrubs.

Description of Work: Every week they cut my grass, when needed they trimmed my bushes, and also fertilized grass bushes and flowers.

Description of Work: I use Perez Landscaping Inc. for landscaping. They cut the lawn; they also weed and fix things in the front of the lawn and they also clean up in fall and spring. They charge me a price according to how much of land I have and on the size of my lot.
