Description of Work: Initially services were great, the sidewalk looked wonderful buy not even a year later it started to crack in various places. It took 5 months of leaving messages that they finally came back to fix some of the cracks but failed to fix a chunk of concrete that chipped off. I gave up calling

Description of Work: Replaced floor in a two-car garage. Removed old concrete floor and replaced with properly raised and sloped garage floor. Excellent work performed on time. Had to change the date once but it was done with advance warning. I would absolutely recommend Perez Concrete.

Description of Work: Removed old concrete and replaced with new for garage floor. Workers were not only on time, but the company asked if they could come two days early as another job had been rescheduled. Very prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Scheduled and came out. He was professional and courteous seemed to be knowledgeable and have expertise in concrete area. I asked for an estimate while there and when the written estimate is given to break down each part of the job since there were several pieces. He estimAted in person 3,000. Written quote came out a whopping 5200.00 floored I opted out except for one piece to powerwash which was 650. I emailed back saying I just wanted the power was for 650. But was told it's now 980 since you just want that done Buyer beware even the written quote changes,

Description of Work: There was a bit of an issue in setting up the appointment. However, once I was able to connect with them, they were great. I don't remember exactly what the service cost but I do know that I did my research and the price was competitive with other quotes I received and they did a good job. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They were only willing to work with me if I was going to replace all of my concrete and wouldn't do basic repair work. Very annoying. Money grab.

Description of Work: They made it so easy. As a landlord who does not live in the building, they were able to work around my schedule.

Description of Work: I emailed this service provider to come out to my house to provide an estimate for repairing my front concrete step. They responded right away to schedule the appointment and asked if last Monday would work. I said yes and gave them a time I would be around (2pm). They respond to confirm and did not show up on that date. I emailed them the next day to see if they could come out Tuesday or Wednesday and they still have not responded.

Description of Work: They were wonderful and did a great job. I've already received several complements on how well it was done. The job was done in the time specified. They were all very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The only negative is not from us but from our neighbors who were not pleased with the mess that was left on their sidewalk. I will definately use them again and refer them to anyone else that is looking to have their sidewalk repaved. Thank you very much Angie's List for having them on your list.

Description of Work: Did not use him for the work because a family friend was available to do the work, but Perez was hands down the most professional and reasonably priced contractor we found. We have already recommended him to others. Great guy!!

Description of Work: Our first introduction to Jose was to hire him to break up and haul away an old and big concrete driveway. The concrete ended up being very very deep. Jose and his worker did an unbelievable job breaking up and hauling the concrete, I have never seen two people move so fast and they did not stop with the exception of lunch until they finished. Jose was very polite and professional throughout the grueling job. I then hired him to fill in the area with soil and help me plant some tree's. He was very careful and meticulous about lining up and spacing the tree's properly. I was again really happy with Jose's job and professionalism that I hired him to sandblast many layers of paint from our brick garage ( a large space at 1300 sq ft) and tuck point the entire thing. The job he did was beautiful. Everything he has done for me has been done with extreme care, neatly, and he is a very nice man to have around. My five year old daughter even told me she thought Jose was 'a real gentleman' . His English is ok but not great, best to meet with him in person about your job. Oh, I called his references and they too were happy with his brick and concrete work.
