Description of Work: Peralta Painting and Remodeling performed the following services: installed drywall and taped, painted and installed molding, remodeled the bathroom, tiled and installed pantry and closet shelving, provided carpentry, electrical and plumbing services, painted 1st floor rooms and closets and installed a new kitchen door. |I have been neglect regarding submitting my review. I really can't say enough about Gil and his team. His team includes Tony, Gabriel and Sergio. I started my membership with Angie's List on 12.26.13. I researched remodeling companies and contacted Gil on 12.27.13. His schedule allowed him to meet with me on the same day that I contacted him. We reviewed my long list of remodeling needs. His team began remodeling my house on 1.20.14. In addition to him and his team providing the best remodeling work, Gil provided me with a great deal of emotional support. For instance, I remember sending him an email message during the Super Bowl Game. He called me during the game to thoroughly address my questions. That was a pleasant surprise! I have recommended them to others! Thank you Gil, Sergio, Gabriel and Tony for your hard and thoughtful work.

Description of Work: Very disappointed. Read good things on Angie's List. No written quote. Price double other quotes. Could not do work for 2-3 weeks so I had work completed by someone else for half the price in 3 days.

Description of Work: I paid for deal and then called the company. They asked what did I need done. I told them and then asked about available dates. They told me mid to late Aug. I decided I would wait. Emailed them and they never responded. I purchased another deal with another company. The new company scheduled for Aug 3.

Description of Work: Gil and his associates painted two bed rooms and the common areas in my condo and did a beautiful job. The lines were clean and expertly done. I changed my mind about the paint colors I had originally wanted, and hired them again to re paint the master bedroom, and their work was beautifully done again. They covered many gashes and holes in the walls and made the place look like new! Gil and his team are extremely professional, courteous, and hardworking. They were very thorough and meticulous about their work-- exactly what you want when it comes to your home. I get many compliments on the interior paint job and refer everyone I know to them.

Description of Work: This was my first time using peralta painting and I couldn't have been more pleased!!! I called Gil (owner) he was at my home the same day and provide me a quote in less than 2 days. The quality of their work was just OUTSTANDING!!! They painted the whole house 4000 square feet and they gave great recommendations on color. The guys who did the work were very professional and never left a mess for us. If you chose them, I promise you will have a stress free experience and you will be ecstatic with how wonderful of a job they do. I called about 4 different contractors before I called,and ultimately chose perlata for the job.

Description of Work: I have used Gil twice, for interior and exterior work. The first time he replaced the exterior siding on my house. We had to consider an extensive scrape or replace and he was to only one really willing to try to save the original siding. In the end we did decide to replace and his bid was most reasonable. We used cedar so the painting was included. Gil's guys did a good job on the siding and an excellent job on the painting. That was a $20K job and was way below other estimates. He as followed up with touch ups at no cost. The second job was interior painting and some ceiling repair. This was the smaller job ($2.5K) and frankly I did not bother with competitive estimates. I was in a hurry and needed quality work without disruption. The work was excellent and they managed to do repair with no mess. They were able to fix a ceiling in my home office without my shutting down the office. What a treat.
