Leonard was really great to work with! He made excellent suggestions and was completely unflappable when faced with the plumbing and electrical issues left behind after the original condo conversion of our building (before we lived here). Peter, the workman assigned to us, was incredibly tidy and his attention to detail was very impressive. We would definitely recommend People's Choice and look forward to future projects with them!

I needed to replace an old and rotting back staircase on a tow-flat. Leonard was responsive, on time for all preliminary appointments, and prompt with his proposal. Once hired, he lived up to all the quality promises he made - workmanship, materials, finishing. All of this was delivered on time and on budget during the winter months. Leonard is a fine and experienced professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was not the lowest cost choice nor the highest, but I am confident he built the highest quality and most cost effective long term solution for me.

I hired Peoples Choice and met Leonard. This was a complete bathroom remodel. Leonard was professional and knows his business.The bathroom came out excellent. I left a lot of the details to Leonard due to his experience, and so happy I did it that way. The working crew was very pleasant, respectful, and was sorry to see them go. Working with Leonard was an extremely pleasant experience. He was attentive and responsive to all the questions we had and he was accessible and flexible in order to accommodate our work schedules. Once we made our choices on materials and appliances he took over from there making the process as stress-free as it could possibly be. The materials he employs and his designs are top-notch, especially given the rather tight space he had to work with in our galley-style kitchen. The craftsmen he employs, in particular Peter and Jacob, were excellent and their work was exceedingly precise.

The process was fast from beginning to end. People's choice rebuilt a 30 year old deck. It is beautiful and sturdy. The crew worked like a fine oiled machine...was interesting to watch. Leonard and his crew always showed up on time and were very professional. I will recommend People's Choice to friends and family!

I'm not one to give five stars throughout, but in this case it is deserving. Leonard was prompt in his initial quote and keeping me up to date with the status of the project. I had People's Choice rebuild a 20 year old deck and adding a pergola and built-in seating and storage. Outside of starting late because of consistently bad weather, the whole project went smoothly and the price was a very good value and well within my budget.

A complete re-gut of my bathroom. Took a few days longer than planned but I would rather have perfection than speed. Extremely professional crew. You will be very happy with the quality of their work. I just hired them to replace two external doors and I'm budgeting money for next Summer (2014) when I ask them to re-do my basement bathroom. The following year (2015) I hope to have them re-do my kitchen.

The whole process was smooth as can be from the beginning to the end. I explained to Leonard what I wanted and he offered a lot of great suggestions that I didn�t even consider. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and some extras all with in my budget. He explained everything thoroughly and was always available and very helpful. He even helped me out by ordering and picking up an appliance for me. During the whole process I didn�t have to miss a day of work. Peter was just as great. He was super nice and very detailed, clean (such a project can get messy). We were very comfortable having him around, even if we weren�t home. Awesome guys, great work, good price, what more can you ask for. I am so pleased with my new kitchen! I am already planning my next big project. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Leonard and his crew did an amazing job renovating my condo. I had an entire kitchen installed as well as upgrades of two bathrooms and several other areas of my condo. The crew was extremely professional and did immaculate work. Leonard had great design suggestions and was very communicative throughout the whole process. I had never done any renovation work before and was nervous about hiring a contractor but after my experience with People's Choice I wouldn't hesitate to do any renovation work with them in the future.

The worker appearl to be knowledgable and like what they do. The supervisor wanted more than our agree;ment at the end. I have received many compliments.

From the start Leonard from Peoples Choice had ideas that helped me see my dream project come true. Picking the cabinets, counter, floor tile and even recommending ABT for appliances was the perfect match that made working with Peoples Choice a great experience!

I like that Leonard came fully prepared on the initial visit to view the project. He had a folder with a copy of their License, Insurance and reviews. His proposal was a good price also and it was very detailed. And the workers were very good also. They were there on time and worked hard. The job they did of creating a small back porch was awesome. They even did some really nice detailing I didn't expect. I will be using them again for future projects when needed.

Absolutely fantastic! Kept in constant contact with me to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted. When they ran into problems (my bathroom was not up to code originally) he met with me to show me all the problems and how they could be fixed so I wasn't left in the dark. My bathroom is now up to code and 1000% better than it was. I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with People�s Choice on an extensive remodeling job. We had a job that involved complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling, hardwood floor refinishing and painting the entire house. It also included partial removal of a wall and installation of many new overhead lights. They served as general contractors and took care of all details from beginning to end. This was particularly important because we live in Minnesota. The transformation was remarkable. We had some changes during the project and we agreed on any cost differences and there were no surprises at the end. We would highly recommend them for any work in the Chicago

People's Choice just finished remodeling our bathroom. Leonard and his team greatly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted, answered the questions we had and quickly drew up a competitive, comprehensive proposal. The work was completed on time. They were happy to accommodate our modern tastes, installing a difficult vanity, floor and shower area. All debris was hauled away and the bathroom cleaned daily. The finished product is everything we wanted. They do a good job of consulting with you. We had a few details that needed touching up, and the response was immediate. I highly recommend Peoples Choice!
