I was very pleased with this remodel. After having to delay the start date, they worked extra hours to finish on time. the work quality was excellent -- it turned out better than I had pictured it. The owner called me almost every day of the project to update me on the progress and any small problems that arose. The price was well below other estimates I had received for the project. Three weeks after the project's completion, they returned to adjust a temperature valve at no extra charge. I would definitely consider them for future remodels.

I would definitely recommend People's Choice Home Improvement. They built a new back porch for me. They're reliable and do good work. I was well satisfied with the work they did.

We found People's Choice through Home Advisor and used them after getting a quote from one other company. Working with Leonard was informative and easy. He definitely has an opinion and will let you know what it is, but in the end he is very helpful. A team of 3 guys built our small front porch in one day. Additionally, we were able to hire People's Choice for some stucco framing after our stucco guy refused to frame out his own job! Overall, our experience with People's Choice was good, and we got everything done to make our entry to our home safe for our family.

Overall great experience. Timely, very nice, constantly kept me informed, great work and skills. I highly recommend. All, I have left is to have the Shower Door installed.

Leonard was excellent to work with. He responded to my request within 5 minutes of me placing the request on Home Advisor. Everyone who comes over comments on how nice our new deck is. He did not try and upsell us, which was appreciated. The people that built the deck were very nice and polite and I would recommend People's Choice. We plan on hiring them in the future.

First, let me start off by saying that Leonard and his team were the epitome of professionalism. I received a quote from Leonard to rebuild my porch along with two other estimates. Leonard was very informative and professional. He submitted a documented quote, described in detail what materials he would be using, explained the permit process and expected time frame, and removed my old porch and replaced it in practically no time at all. Leonard’s quote came in between the two other quotes. But when it comes to these projects, you need to focus on value and not just cost. When I compared what Leonard was going to deliver against what the other two contractors were going to deliver, Leonard was clearly the better decision and it was still at a reasonable cost. Additionally, after reading other reviews on his organization, I was convinced I was making the correct choice. In the end, I am glad I selected his team. I could not ask for a better porch. I have received many compliments from neighbors that were quite impressed with Leonard and his team. People’s Choice came in, did their job, and gave me a beautiful new porch. I would definitely hire them again for future projects. You simply cannot go wrong with Leonard and his team.

People's Choice Home Improvement did a great job and they went above and beyond my expectations. Leonard is honest and reliable. He was my personal contact the entire time through the project. He made sure I was informed and kept up to date on the progress. Peter (foreman) does exceptional work with his team on site. From tear down to deck completion the project took 1 week. The weather was on our side. Which made it able for the project to be worked on without inturuption. Even after they completed the project, People's Choice Home Improvement warranties their work! Without hesitation, Leonard makes sure that the work and material is kept up to the highest standard. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Leonard is very hands-on and always in communication with the homeowner. He knows how to shop around to get you the most for your money. I felt like he was always looking out for my dollar and at the same time always wanted to provide top quality (no cutting corners), fiive-star service. The end result looks like I paid much much more for my bathroom. Everything looks wonderful and works perfectly. The final cost was what he initially told me it would be. No surprises, just fair, honest and better service than I ever expected.

Leonard is very responsive and pays attention to detail. After a slight issue with our porch rebuild, he had his guys out almost immediately to fix the mistake. The end result is beautiful! We've already gotten lots of compliments on the workmanship.

Very professional with expert craftsmen. They built our new 2nd floor deck and main level decks. Excellent workmanship and a good value for the price. We would definitely call them again for our next project.

Leonard and his team are real professionals. If Leonard says he is going to have something done at a certain time, you can bank on it. And it's going to be done well. This was my first attempt at contracting a large-scale renovation, so I was a bit nervous about the project. Leonard's team made the process really work well for me. As for the work, the craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. Leonard was also very good at offering suggestions to improve upon my original concept. Hiring someone with his experience really paid off. I would not hesitate to hire Leonard again.

I was impressed by Leonard's responsiveness and advise. Within 24 hours of requesting a quote, Leonard had called to set up and appointment. Leonard asked the right questions so that I ended up with the right materials and design for my deck. He took the time to understand what I needed in the deck, and did not over sell...he was honest about his recommendations. By probing for what I really wanted, Leonard was able to come in at one third the price of other contractors. Demolition of the old deck and construction was completed in only 3 days, and my deck looks beautiful! From the time I contacted People's Choice to completion was about 2 weeks. I've never experienced such speed in a project. I would recommend giving Peoples Chice a call.

I was VERY impressed by Leonard's follow up and follow through. He called almost every night to see how everything was going throughout the project. On another note, an entire 450 sq ft deck replacement was done and cleaned up in 4 working days. Impressive!!!!
