Paramount Roofing Inc hired to install a new roof. Mistakes were made and they refuse to make repairs or compensate for damage.

Do not hire this company!!!! Marco, the owner, has been nothing but dishonest and giving us the run around for over a year. We hired Paramount in July of 2021 to replace our roof and skylights. When the crew came out on the first day, they did not bring the skylights. We asked about the skylights and they said it was not included in the insurance write up. They just put on new casing, however it was a couple hundred dollars per skylight (we have 3), which did not make sense. We tried calling our agent, however it was the weekend and they did not get back to us until the roofing was already placed. The insurance agent said that they did include the amount for new skylights. Marco read the spec sheet wrong, and immediately apologized and said that he would replace our skylights. We decided to wait until the spring since at that time it was turning into late fall. Flash forward to the spring. Marco sent us links to skylights on Home Depot. After consideration, my husband and I agreed on skylights and sent them to Marco. After a month of not hearing from Marco, I had to reach out to see what the ETA of the skylights were. Every single time I have called he has said they have been super hectic. He has never reached out to me. For the last two months everytime I have called about the skylights he said they are not in. When I questioned why they were not in since they were from Home Depot, Marco said that they don’t order them from Home Depot. I said he sent us a link to the exact windows on Home Depot and he said that that was just a reference. Instead of finishing the job that was intended, he is choosing to just refund our money. Instead of fulfilling the contract we know have to find another company to tear up part of a new roof and finish the job that they should of completed.
