I had some walls that needed repair and some outside painting needed around my windows and my garage. I sent an email. Rich Bauer got back to me right away. He came over to look at the job. Gave me an estimate and when they could do the work. Then they came on time and finished early. It was all great.

Worked fine before but failed to call me back for more work. I guess they they had bigger fish to fry.

They were very responsive. They came out very soon after we contacted them initially. They were recommended to us by a company that we had to do some work. The people that did the work were hanging a chandelier for us and one of the workers damaged a piece of our stairway rail and damaged the ceiling. It was not that horrible but it was noticeable, so they recommended Paint Craft to us. We contacted them for an estimate for that and we also wanted to get some other painting done. We were not sure what all we were going to do, so they broke down the quote for us. They were very prompt in responding. They were thorough in looking at the work to be done, and I found them to be fairly competitive. I don?t know much though as we have not got another bid. So far I think they are pretty professional. They were right on time as well.

They do demo work, plumbing, painting and semi-complex jobs. They are priced very competitively, reasonably and fairly. They show up when they say they are going to and finish when they say they will unless something unusual comes up. Their communication is great while working on a project. The quality of their work is great and overall I just think they are terrific. They even clean up well after themselves.

From estimate phase through post-job follow-up, Paintcraft, Inc was very professional, timely, and courteous. Appropriate care was taken with all furnishings-moving and covering during the project.

Very punctual, professional and easy do deal with, from start to finish. Some work did not need to be done and Rich had a refund check to me immediately. Very responsive and thorough. I even expanded the scope of the job after the first day.

After a HORRIBLE experience with another painting company, we hired Paintcraft, Inc to do the work in our living room and dining room. I can't begin to say what a different experience it was. They were prompt, clean, professional, and most importantly, meticulous in their work. The lines they cut were as straight as a ruler. They spent an entire day getting every bump and blemish off our walls and ceiling before the paint went on. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. And we were. They really renewed my faith in contractors (they aren't all crooked like the other company we hired). Highly recommend.

WORKERS BEGAN TO PLASTER AN AREA NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. PLASTERING ON THAT AREA WAS COMPLETED AND AREA REPAINTED AT NO CHARGE.
