Danny has been painting for us for years, he is responsive and does a good job. We have gotten to the point we no longer get alternative quotes and after this job, we are quite sure we could've gotten a better deal. This was for an apartment building in Logan Square. The front paint was to match the other 3 sides of the house and the color is close but no match, am a bit disappointed. The interior skim coat and hallway painting was done correctly, he had a bad job to cover over so can't be too picky that the woodwork was painted over in areas.
Description of Work: Skim coat and paint stairwells, paint front exterior of building with matching paint.
