Their contract information as far as arriving on time and notifying me on time and coming out to finish that is some kind of bad relationship as far as the contract.

They have been servicing the building for at least seven years now. We have never looked for anybody else because they do their job anytime there is a problem. It only last through one visit. They cleared things up right away. We will continue to use their service.

They are great. They called right before they came and they were on time. I found them to be honest and we plan on using them again.

I'm satisfied is all I can say.

Orkin did a great job. They got rid of the problem after three treatments and after each treatment the problem was noticeably decreased. They now come every other month to maintain the issue to ensure that the ants to not come back. They are quick and courteous. I hardly notice when they are here. The price is a little high but worth the cost. I will continue to use Orkin in the future.

. They come once a month to spray and if necessary, like we see something in between they do it free of charge. They are very personable and timely. We have one individual that basically services our account which is really good. So we have always one guy who keeps coming back. He knows us, knows our property, he knows the problems we have had in the past and sort of watch for possible recurrences. I would continue to use them in the future.

We read good reviews and called Orkin because we were having what we thought was a bed bug problem. They came out the next day and did an inspection and confirmed that we did have a small problem. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later for them to come back and actually do the extermination. We have a baby in the house so we wanted to be sure that this was done right and wanted to go with a company that offered a guarantee on their work. We followed their instructions on how to prepare the room and they came and did it. A couple of nights later I and my baby move back into the bedroom but within a few days each one of us has a bite or two when we wake up. We called Orkin who said that they would schedule someone to come back up to redo the job. Finally, 3 days later (it had by then been a week since the initial extermination) a man calls up who says that he is scheduled to come out to our house but confirms that someone else had been here before to spray. My husband tells him that indeed someone had been here before but we are still having a problem. The man on the phone then became belligerent and tells my husband that he is not coming to our house, Orkin needs to call the original guy who has gotten paid for it already and then hung up on my husband. My husband who was a little bit in shock saw this man's phone number on caller ID and tried calling him back twice and left messages asking at the very least he give him the number of the original exterminator but those messages were never returned even after threat of calling him managers. We have now called Orkin twice to try to resolve the matter and noone has gotten back to us. This morning I found a dying bed bug crawling on the pillow next to where my 6 month old baby was sleeping. I am so angry and disappointed in this company for their lack of professionalism and follow through.

They are pretty thorough. They are definitely responsive. They have come out pretty quickly when I have called them outside of regular services. I only thing that makes pest control hard is that when the pests are gone I cannot tell if the extra services are really necessary. It is like insurance I do not really know if I am going to need it, but I put it down anyway. They tried at the time to explain why the extra services were necessary. They were cheaper than some of the other companies that I looked into.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were punctual and I would recommend them to others. I signed up for a one year plan, but they offer a variety of plans.

I thought the extermination was very effective and I did not notice any problems after they did the work. They were great about offering to come back if there were any problems after the service was done without any additional charge.

We were pleased with the overall service and if the need arouse would use them again. However we have recently cancelled the contract. We have never had any issues and have learned how to keep mice from entering.
