Description of Work: They did not find the source of our mice. They would not go into attic until third visit when I kept insisting that's where they were. Had to call another exterminator as orkin was only going to control problem not solve it. They never went into our garage attic where largest infestation was. New exterminator went directly there. Very disappointed

 + -1 moreWHEN I CALLED, ORKIN SAID THAT SINCE THE YELLOW JACKETS WERE GETTING INTO THE HOUSE THEY WOULD NOT EVEN COME OUT, IF THEY COULD NOT SEE THE NEST THEY WOULD NOT TRY TO EXTERMINATE THEM. THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AND WOULD NOT EVEN OFFER SUGGESTIONS.
