I have used Karli and her team recently as well as several years ago. Both times the organizers were extremely professional and pleasant. They never judged or made me feel in any way bad about my clutter. For my most recent services, the organizer Tracey has gone above and beyond my expectations. She has turned around my home and habits, and helped me have confidence that my living spaces can be turned around and even enjoyed! She designed my closet systems, took care of ordering everything at Container Store, and supervised the installation. She took donations, paperwork to shred, and hazardous materials away. She brought my laundry out and back in and put everything in its new place. In order for each room to be 100% finished and perfect for me, she did dishes, vacuumed, cleaned, and did laundry, which were not part of her job description!!! She found contractors for me where repairs were needed. She helped me with little and big problems that needed solved in every room of the house. She always was enthusiastic and a joy to work with. She ensured that the new systems would work for me so I can maintain them going forward. I cannot say enough the excellent job Tracey and the rest of the team did!

Lovely, cheerful, hardworking...it was a pleasure to have Karli and Tracy come to our home to do their work, and do it so well. Description of Work: First stage of organizing children's toys, books, etc. in 4 rooms over 3 floors of a house. We first had a detailed initial discussion about the entire project, then Karli and Tracy dove right in. They kept track of what might need my approval or insight, so I could go on about my work and just come back at the end to make a few decisions. They even took the resulting trash out to our garbage bins for me, in sub-zero weather. At the end of the first session, the playroom was 95% finished, in a creative way that required no additional purchase of any storage equipment and was organized much better than I could have ever done myself.

Our organizers were fantastic! They were personable yet professional, and very thorough. Even the mounds of paperwork in our office didn't phase them. We love opening drawers and closets now and seeing everything in its proper place. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Organized with Style organized our closets, home office, kitchen, and other storage areas. They created filing systems for paperwork and came up with solutions for our hard-to-organize spaces. Their services included shopping and purchasing any supplies needed (bins, shelf organizers, etc), as well as itemizing and donating any unwanted clothing and goods. They also worked with the Container Store to design and build out a storage closet in our basement.

Karli and Organized With Style are the best possible organizers. No mess, however gargantuan, daunts Karli. She walks in the house and begins to sort and organize instantly, and she doesn't like to leave until she's satisfied that the work is done and everything is in order. Her ideas for organizing space are inspired. Over the last three years, she's given us many terrific suggestions to make our lives easier and our house more livable. Linen closets, kitchen cabinets, and library shelves all transform radically in her hands. Karli is cheerful, efficient and tireless. She clearly loves her work and has an uncanny talent for organizing all manner of things. She almost makes it fun to look through stacks of papers. I hope Karli never decides my problem is too much to handle! So far, she's what stands between me and Grey Gardens! I give her and Organized With Style the highest possible recommendation.

It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They were very flexible with their approach of how they were going to organize everything.
Description of Work: They asked me what rooms I wanted to get organized. She had me send photos of the rooms and the house. She told me things to go buy and then she and two other women came in. We started with the kitchen and they even talked to us about what items we use and how we use them so when they put everything back, it fit to our needs. They did our entire basement, went through our kids trophy's, academic stuff, papers and help me go through it all. They helped label everything. They even helped my husband who was un help able. They even did this with our bills upstairs and our office. The price is determined by an hourly rate which is $62.50.

It went very well. Organized with Style, Kari & Tracey, were professional, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and innovative. Our new organized house is much easier to live in. They are not cheap (over $60 an hour per organizer) but they work like demons, clever demons, in short, some of the best money I ever spent.
Description of Work: Organized with Style came in and over three weeks organized nearly our entire home. We have a large library, nearly 10,000 books and they were excellent to work with, helping me sort, shelf, store, or donate the books. They were especially great in the kitchen, the bathrooms, as well as with the closets.

Three women came to clean and organize my home office/guest room. I didn't have to raise a finger. It was a task that I have been putting off for years because I found it so overwhelming. They completed it in a day and a half, leaving time to clean out two downstairs closets and a utility room. I cannot believe the amount of stuff they hauled out of here. The price was a bit steeper than I anticipated, but it included taking a boat load of things to the Salvation Army (getting me a receipt) and to a secure shredder, as well as hauling things out to the trash. It was a job that would never have gotten done any other way. All three women were amazing to work with and made a dreaded process physically and emotionally easy. Highly, highly recommend using this group is you can afford them. I've just hired them to come back and do my bedroom and master bath.
Description of Work: Pulled everything out of my home office/guest room, organized it into categories, brought it out to me while I read a novel, helped me decide what to keep and what to get rid of ... separated everything into four piles: Organize and put back into the room, trash, donate, take to the shredder. At the end of the project, my room had half the stuff in it, they hauled out the trash, took what was to be donated, and took care of secure shredding. Time was left to also do the same process for two downstairs closets and part of a storage space in the utility room.

I had 7 1/2 years of clutter in my condo collected on my desk (approx. 2 ft high of paper and 10 yrs of old filed bills inside) and packed in my closets. On the original visit, Karli and another person from Organized with Style came to my house on a Saturday morning and jumped in to the task of organizing the clutter. They were completely professional, efficient, and had great attitudes. I appreciated that they were available on a Saturday so I didn't need to take time off of work. They took a task that I was dreading and really helped me through it in an easy to manage approach by first sorting through everything and categorizing the clutter. I decided to stay while they worked which I think helped get the job done efficiently. They gave me small categorized groups of papers and stuff to go through to determine what to save and what to get rid of. Once I did that, they put everything away in an organized way. Karli had great ideas for maximizing my space and using it efficiently. The desk (inside and out) took about 8 hrs from start to finish but the results are incredible. They took old computer equipment to be recycled and provided me with a company to take in bulk papers for shredding. They did such a great job on the desk that I had Karli come back to help with my closets. She took the same approach and we were able to clean out and organize 3 closets in two 4 hr sessions. As we finished, Karli made good suggestions of organizing tools (such as boxes from the Container Store) to keep the closets organized and after another month and a half, I am still organized. I didn't know how much the mess was weighing on me until it was taken care of and I felt so much better. I took before and after pictures of the desk and closets and showed friends and family. They were amazed by the transformation. While the cost was a bit more than I wanted to spend, it was worth every penny and I would highly recommend Organized with Style and will continue to use them as needed in the future.

My house was out of control and practically unlivable. I was embarrassed to even call organizers and cleaners. But Karli from Organized With Style was very kind and understanding and sent over 3 of her best organizers. In a series of about 10 sessions, the three organizers tackled room by room with professionalism and enthusiasm. They were not the slightest bit overwhelmed and never once made me feel bad. Amy, Allison, & Molly did a phenomenal job, with a quick systematic approach. They made it easy for me to participate and make purge decisions. They carried out the trash and took the bags of donations with them, which was a big help because I didn't have the energy and would have let them sit. The result is a clean comfortable home with everything in its place. They set up systems that work for me and are easy for me to maintain. I feel SO much free-er and relaxed and can enjoy my home. I wish we took before and after photos because that would speak volumes as to how great their work was.

Three months after we moved into our house, we still hadn't unpacked anything in our basement. It was a disaster. Karli came to the house and spent eight hours working with me to get it all done. We unpacked every box, sorted every item, organized it all and ended up with a clean, organized room! She even went above and beyond by helping me move furniture, and checking out my kids' rooms to offer advice on organization there.

My place was a disaster. I moved in last year but because of my job, I never stayed there longer than a few days at a time. And often I would only be there for a few hours before I would have to leave again. In the process, I would often swap clothes from out my suitcase and quickly toss them on the floor, throw new clothes in, and leave. Over the course of a year, it added up. By this time last month, I could no longer see the floor, and it was impossible to walk from one side of any room to the other without stepping on clothes, or breaking something valuable that was under the pile. It was getting bad. Luckily, Karli's team was quick and efficient. I never met Karli herself, but I had some correspondence with her where I told her my goals, and sent her photos so she would know what she was up against. She didn't recoil in horror, and I never felt judged. Her team of three came in, asked me a few basic questions about where different categories of items should go, what types of things they should throw out, and they went to work completely on their own. It took two full days to get it all done, but they bought all the boxes and containers from The Container Store, and neatly labeled everything. By the end of it, I realized that I had hardwood floors. I actually forgot! It's not a cheap service, as they charge $60+ per person per hour, which is more than I paid per hour than any other contractors who have done work in my place. It wouldn't have been worth it if I wasn't in completely dire straits. But given that I was, it was a great investment. It would have taken me three full weekends to do this on my own. And it wouldn't have been nearly as good. Karli herself is also an interior designer. I'm in the middle of trying to schedule time with her to help me with some of the aesthetics and fine-tuning to make my place really shine. If I had one bit of criticism, it's that she is a little bit slow to respond sometimes, likely because of how busy she is. She's so slow that it actually took her a week to bill me for the service! She's probably successful enough at this point to hire someone as an admin assistant, even on a part-time basis to help improve communication.

This was a very positive experience. I have lived in my house for 6 months. A whole series of events have meant that I never get unpacked from moving in and now I have to relocate. Karli and her 3 assistants showed up right on time with great attitudes. One of the bedrooms was a total disaster; you couldn't even see the carpeting. The room was spotless when they left and has been very easy to keep clean. I will be having Karli back to help with my basement. She was well worth every cent.

Karli and I made contact a few months ago, and she kept in contact with me, checking in, until I was able to actually schedule a date. She and her associate (Erin) arrived promptly, and immediately set to work. They sorted without needing constant instructions, pulling items from the pile and putting similar items together. They were extremely professional, working constantly without breaks and were always quite pleasant. They asked me what items I was keeping and sorted the others into donations and discard. I worked along with them, which was not a problem for them. When they finished, Karli explained how things were organized. Everything was in easy-to-understand order. After years of trying to clean the basement myself, it was finally done!
Description of Work: Cleared a huge mound from the center of the basement, organizing it onto the shelves.

This was a very good experience. Karli is very professional and very sensitive. The multi-session approach is important, because it took time for me to get used to the changes being proposed.

Just as other reviewers have stated, everything goes swiftly and smoothly, with no judgment of the condition of your space or your things. Karli offered to take some things to Salvation Army. My closets, desk, bookshelves and dressers are organized and my large kitchen counter cleaned off!
Description of Work: Karli & Erin dealt with two rooms (a bedroom and the main living room) and my entryway. I am a "messie" and had not unpacked from a move three months prior. They sorted linens, clothes, cds/dvds, books and much memorabilia of mine and made a 1000% improvement.

Absolutely fabulous! Karli and Alison worked tirelessly all day, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. They were extremely diligent about finding storage solutions that would work for me and checked to make sure I was happy with their ideas at every turn. Getting Kari's help was one of the best things I have ever done. It was worth every penny. In a matter of hours she literally changed my life. And it was painless. Unlike another organizer I have used elsewhere, she didn't make me sit in the room and pass judgment on every item. She came in and sorted into piles and then had me go over what she had done. She took the "give aways" with her (unlike my other organizer) thus preventing me from going through the bags and taking everything out again. She was fun to work with, non judgmental, punctual and really efficient. I intend to have her back several more times.

Each day I worked with Karli from Organized with style, I became more and more pleased that I did! I was overflowing with papers that either needed to be sorted or tossed, gifts that didn't go any further than the bags they came in and just an overwhelming sense of too much to do and not enough time to do it. Karli came in and gave me a direction for organizing in a stylish way. She is a joy to work with and non-judgmental which makes it easy to deal with all my problem areas around the house. I couldn't be happier and working with Karli was also fun!
Description of Work: Karli came into my home and we began organizing the room that was giving me the biggest problem, which was my home office. We sorted through tons of papers and during the process, was asked various questions to determine whether something needed to be filed permanently, for occasional use or tossed. Once we determined how much space was available after purging, we located filing and sorting systems that would work for me. When we moved into the TV room, we went through a similar process of whether an item needed to remain in that room or be stored somewhere else. We moved furniture around to make the best use of the space plus she had some very innovative and creative ideas that helped me turn that room into a stylish clutter-free space at little additional expense that I can relax in daily!

Karli was lovely. When I first spoke with her, I got a sense right away that she was a very likable person. Although she typically charges for an in-home estimate, she agreed to come to our condo and give us a free estimate. She arrived on time for the appointment and did a detailed walk-through of the place. She had a very warm personality and was super easy to talk to. Her rates were lower than another company we were considering, but we ultimately decided to go with the other company because we were looking for a more comprehensive service--my impression was that Karli mainly does organization, not relocation. I would definitely consider hiring her for future organizational projects in our new place, though.
Description of Work: Karli came to give us an in-home estimate for packing our one-bedroom condo and unpacking/organizing us after our move to a new condo. The estimate was about $2000 and included assistance with "purging" unwanted belongings before the move.
