I contacted One Solution and they explained what they do and how they do it. I gave them access to my desktop computer and they got to work right away. Though, it took the tech around 4 hours to get my desktop up and running like new! I am old, so I really like the fact that I did not have to leave the room and got the job done, absolutely brilliant! Thanks to the brilliant and super patient tech. (I do not recollect his name)
