Ok Heating And Cooling

Friday night I came home and checked on our rental apartment that a new tenant was about to move into. I found a mess - our AC unit was leaking through the ceiling into the furnace room below. I immediately called OK Heating and Cooling since I have been using them to service my HVAC systems for almost 20 years. I turned off our AC (which was not fun because it was very hot) and mopped up all the water. I received a call back within 2 hours despite that it was after 6 PM when I called - on a holiday weekend. They came out the very next morning, first thing, and took care of cleaning out the clog and lint to get our unit working properly again. This is what I expect from OK Heating and Cooling. I started using them in 1993 because in my old 4 flat, they had serviced the old space heaters for the prior owner and seemed to be the only ones that would work on them. They came out every year and cleaned the units. The few times I had problems, they made getting heat back for my tenants their priority. They are always prompt and clean up after themselves. Since I sold my 4 flat and bought a 3 flat with central heat and air conditioning, they have been servicing my new place too. Again, I have never had any reason to consider using anyone else.
