+ -1 moreIt's unacceptable. There is computer software that can help companies schedule deliveries and notify people more accurately when the delivery will be made. Having to sit here for 8 hours before they show up is not acceptable.
Description of Work: They only offered a 9 hour window for delivery of a desk and they didn't update it to narrow the time. It basically froze me in my condo for 9 hours.
