Trav and his team were great to work with. They took the time to answer my questions and quoted me a price that I was very happy with. The team followed Covid protocol and wore masks the entire time. I had a skylight replaced, and the team was very efficient, with the whole job taking about 20 minutes. They cleaned up and took the old skylight with them. Trav Came out just after I contacted him. He gave me a quote which was lower than others in the area. I didnâ t choose them because of price alone. I chose them because installing skylights is their business. Trav and his team came in early with minimal disruption. They installed a sun tunnel with a solar-powered night lite. There was little disruption to my attic insulation and the team was quick to cleanup after completing the work. They were all professional , wore masks, and shoe coverings.

I contacted probably 20 different contractors to install a new skylight. Some didnâ t return my call ; some were unpleasant; some gave me crazy high estimates. NSS responded promptly; showed up on time for estimate while being extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and completed the work in the timeframe they gave me and did a beautiful job! Thanks NSS!!!

Prompt professional service

Brad at NSS provided excelled customer service! The install went pretty well, but the new skylights were about .5'' longer than old ones, resulting in a cosmetic misalignment inside the house. Brad personally came and provided custom trim to make the skylights look great! I was impressed by his eagerness to make me a satisfied customer and willingness to do anything necessary to correct the situation. I completely recommend these guys!

NSS Exteriors installed my skylight. They did a good job installing in May of last year but during the first heavy winter of this year, moisture started to seep in through the edges. I reached out to them 24 hrs ago and have not heard back since then. I might just be the exception since they seem to have exceptional reviews but wanted to call it out just in case.

Was looking to install metal siding on my house for a different look, had trouble finding someone that would do it and then I found NSS. I am extremely happy with the results, the amount of detail they put into the work is impressive and the final look if fantastic. They replaced a cracked, leaking 25 year old fiberglass dome skylight with a beautiful flat glass skylight in an upstairs bathroom in Cary, IL. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them.
