The project went very well from start to finish. I requested quotes from 5 Roof companies. All The quotes were about the same minus one with a very low price from a small company. John from Northside Roofing was the first one to Estimate the job and left a lasting impression and sort of set a standard for what I wanted to expect from others. John was on time for our Sunday appointment and had a smile on his and a great attitude all the way! He took me for a tour of my roof and explained every detail of my Roof Gutters and Coping tiles to me. He allowed me to ask 100 questions about material, Longevity, needs, Maintenance and showed me every crack and open seem on my old, aged roof. I was enlightened when he showed me my drip in the rear enclosed porch was actually the gutter and not the roof. I ended up getting a Estimate for the Roof and Gutter and accepted the proposal after recieving several more estimates from a few more Roofers, salesmen. We scheduled the work to begin asap and john and his crew did the job about a week later. I gave the deposit to him the morning the work began. I didnt see much of the crew but it was cool to see the material on the Huge Crane the morning the work began. The job took 2 days and I was able to inspect on the 3rd day when john came to pick up the check. Everything looks very nice and its been over a month now and no leaks or issues. Thank you very much for the great experience and i will gladly reccomend this company to anyone I know! John
