+ -1 moreThe tech never showed. I called the main office at 2:45 PM asking where the tech was and if we were still on the schedule. Got voice mail. Called again at 4 PM and got voice mail. I did leave a message asking for a call back to see what was going on. Never heard back.
Description of Work: I called the main number to schedule a tech to come out and fix (or at least check) our Thermador double-oven. The scheduler said a tech would call me shortly to schedule the appointment. The tech did call about 30 minutes later to say he would be out between 12 noon and 2 PM. This was around 10:30 AM.
