He was supposed to call on Monday to install tile. I canceled a business trip to be here. I called to confirm today and he acted as if he did not know what I was talking about. I had shown him the glue and the tile previously when he bid on the job. When I tried to explain theses things to me, he hung up on me. This in unacceptable and unprofessional.
Description of Work: He was supposed to install vinyl tile and subflooring.

We appreciate the member's comments. We want to take this opportunity to address these concerns. First off, we did not have a signed contract to perform work for the member. Secondly, we tried several times to accomodate her schedule but unfortunately the timing did not work out. Finally, there was a miscommunication about the installation of vinyl tile, which we do not install. We strictly install natural stone and ceramic and would not take a job that was anything different. We would be happy to refer the member to a contractor who would accommodate her needs.
