Nombach Roofing & Tuckpointing

I caled Nabach, got a call back next day from Milton, he went out 2 days later as promised, called me back and made an appointment to meet me at the property so he could go over extimate with me and show me what needed to be done. He took time to explain everything on estimate, answered all my questions, my friend went up on the roof and agreed with Milton on the work that needed to be done. He said I did not need a tear off, gave me a good deal compared to 2 other estimates, one being $10K for complete tear off. With the warranty and type of shingle plus additional vents, we were pleased with the price, professionalism and timely manner Milton returned the extimate. Also the "face to face" meeting he instisted on. There was no pushy, strong armed selling. The work was done in a timely manner, Milton met with me after work was done, went on the roof and inspected worker's work done. I was very pleased and would recommend this company and Milton to anyone I know that is in need of roof work. I am planning to use them for some other work in the very near future. It's nice to see there are still some ethical and professionals still out!! Great Job Milt........

My experience with them was very good. They took time to show me exactly what's up there and they explained everything. The price was very good too.

He suggested I get a dehumidifier and I did. It seems like it has been working so far.

Each time I did not receive a call back. Once they told me that they didn't service my area, which is untrue because I have seen their trucks at work sites in my neighborhood. I won't be calling them again.

The guy pulled in my driveway, we walked to the downspout and he checked it out by touching it. Then he told me about the company's call-fee and although I was willing to pay it, I surely didn't think my repair had to be so costly. So He took his toolbox out of the truck, used a couple of screws and before I could even go back in the house to get his money, he came to the door saying he was done. So he told me that it wouldn't be right if I charge the $150, so he only asked for $30, but I didn't have change so I gave him $40.

They were the best price out of the bids I received. I really liked the salesman and the way they dealt with me. They were very good in terms of dealing with my insurance. My insurance had low-balled me and they had called my insurance and was able to get the insurance claim raised. He really went over and above. They were very prompt. They completed the new roof in one day. They brought a team of about seven men out and completed the job very quickly. After the job was completed, the appearance didn't look much different that before. The guys were just tremendous.

The day we were to have the job estimated we received a call in the evening to re-schedule as the estimator had been busy. Of course we would not have had a problem if he had called around the time he was expected. When the job was estimated it was 4 times the price of other estimates. We decided against working with this company.

Not good. Who wants to wait for days for a call back. Update your scheduling system.

The house had developed cracks in the mortar over the years and was in need of tuck pointing. On top of that there was a section of wall that was beginning to lean outward and required a reinforcement footing. Finally, the concrete of our garage floor and driveway were pitting. From initial estimate to completion Nombach did a great job. They were timely in getting us scheduled after we approved the proposal, clean and efficient in getting the work done, and demonstrated professionalism all along the way.

Company Mark explain needed repairs thoroughly and knowledgeably. The repair crew arrived on time, were industrious, professional, and did an excellent job. Also, they took pride in their work and answered questions patiently and pleasantly. Clean up was great!

Nombach did an exceptional job on roofing my house and garage, they also put new siding around the entire garage. The job has started and completed in one day. They brought all the materials they needed and then the hauled away all the debris. I am looking forward to having them do more work at my home. The work was done on budget and on time and they help the all the insurance work. Reference number 18403

Cliff was very punctual. Gave me an estimate and workers came their first open day. This was just before Christmas and the work was complete before the snow came.

They are a great company to work with . The salesman was very professional, and they cleaned up very well.

These people put a rubber roof over my hot tar roof which is what I requested. I never had leaking in my home until they put the rubber on. They also put the rubber over the copping stones which makes my roof look horrible. I have had to constantly have repairs after they put the rubber on. These people ripped me off and I would never recommend them to anyone. They did a horrible job on my garage and home roof. How they received an A rating I will never know. They did a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE job.

They put shingles on the front of my house. They did a good job. One of the workers did what ever he could to help save me money. I had a leak and he showed me where it was. He was going seal the leak no charge. He went go above and beyond.

Crew was on time and quickly accomplished project. Was priced a little high but if leak was fixed, well worth it.

The whole experience was A. They were very professional. They started and finished on the work that Cliff stated was going to be taken care of. It took two days. I was very pleased with the type of work that they did. Just give Cliff or Brett a call. They provided a lot of information, along with how to professionally take care of the concrete.
