+ -1 moreMy condo building was having issues with the intercom system and the door buzzer. Noah was in the neighborhood and rated well on Yelp so we decided to give him a call. He never did any of our work himself, rather, he had someone named Brian come. He seemed like a nice guy but after one visit the buzzer still wasn't working so he told us he'd buy and install a new door strike. Several days later, he returned and didn't install it correctlys a result, our 3 (500G+) condo units were left volnerable to invasion as the front door remained unlocked. I called to ask why our door doesn't lock and I was told that that was a locksmith's job (which is information they should have divulged before performing the work). They said that they would pay to have a locksmith repair the door strike and never refunded us. I called back several times and each time was given a different strange story about needing his lawyer to pay us in installments. Again, our association has never seen a dime. + -1 moreThey set up an appointment and then called and asked if they could come a bit earlier than the appointed time. I thought that the price was a bit high, since the work didn't take very long. They cleaned up after themselves well. The electrical work was done well, but when it came to mounting the light they didn't do a very good job.
Description of Work: I used Noah Perchin Electric to install some lights for me.

+ -1 moreHe was great. Professional and patient (my daughter was running around like crazy underfoot and he was extra polite with her). He explained to me what he did so that if it happened again I could troubleshoot the problem myself. He finished off my dimmer switch change out and double checked all of his work to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I didn't ask for an estimate. He was at my house for a little more than an hour and charged me $75 dollars, no charge for diagnosing the problem, no extra charges for anything. Now that's fair.
Description of Work: Noah came out to look at a electrical box. I had tried to change out a dimmer switch and the whole box went dead. He located the problem (line had popped free in another outlet box) and fixed it within an hour.

Description of Work: What impressed me most about this company was their honesty. I thought I needed some additional work for which other electricians had given me an estimate but Noah explained why it wasn't necessary. They performed the work efficiently and cleaned up after their work.
