+ -1 moreAfter filling out a form on the @Properties website, Nina reached out to us within 24 hours. We explained to her that we were currently living in Chicago in an apartment and wanted to make a purchase. We were open to a condo or a townhouse, but we were really hoping for a house. Location was loosely structured, but we didn't want to be far from the city. After we described our bullet point requests - 3 beds, 2 baths, good schools, etc, she recommended the North Shore as a place to look. It was on our FIRST DAY that we found a house that not only hit these bullet points, but was within our price range. From day one, Nina was a great advocate for us, even after the closing. She's helped provide us with ideas for restaurants, local activities and even helped us with a touchy repair situation. She didn't have to do all these things, of course, but she's a pro! Highly recommend working with her.
Description of Work: My wife and I worked with Nina beginning in January 2014 from when we started looking for a house through the closing on March 7th.
