Description of Work: My property is located at 5718 W Melrose St Chicago, Il 60634. I am Jose Santoyo. job description: the basement was remodeled, which included gutting out the walls removing the water pipes the electrical system and the radiator heating pipes as well. Mr. Javier pointed out new details as they surfaced and suggested that I should fix them now that it was visible. One the problems was a broken sewer line which he fixed. The second problem was two cracks on the foundation walls which were fixed as well, He also made sure that his job was well seal and insulated. the net result is that the basement my utility bills got cheaper and the ovar all environment was much better. I was very satisfied with his job and would hired him again should i have need of repares.

We have attorney that represent you before Demo Courts; structural engineerings that do inspections on your building and certify if it is repairable; architects that do drawings addressing all violations which put your building in Demo proceedings. We build news or remodel baths and kitchens as well front and rear porches. We do complete remodeling of basements, living and bed rooms expansions and any alteration in your home.
