Bestbuy been sending geek squad who doesnt know their stuff. Bought an ecobee and subscribed geek support from them and yet they couldnt do their job right. Might as well not sell and offer such product and services, right?! Had to call ecobee myself and theyve recommended nextech who had done a great work...not once but twice. Thumbs up

Had my furnace humidifier replaced. Took longer than expected due to a faulty part and new water line needed. Matthew was very professional, thought full and knowledgable. He managed to fix the issues.
