Mark manages his teams well. The project was well thought out, requiring gutters, downspouts, concrete, electrical and carpentry. Each group of workers were quick, skilled and professional. I enjoyed the process and felt confident that we were getting an excellent product for our money. His service was off the chart!

The initial estimate was changed to add work that it should have been obvious from the beginning was needed. Next Level is a general contractor, and they hired a different company to actually do the work. That company was fine. In the course of the job, Next Level changed it again to introduce a feature that was not discussed with me and which I was not happy about. By that time, the steps had been poured and set, and it was impossible to change. That being said, neighbors have remarked that the steps look good. The work was done in a timely and efficient fashion.

I was very pleased with Mark professionalism he walked me through the process and told me exactly what was going to be done. The contractors was prompt and efficient. I had a pretty sizable job and from start to finish it took 4 days. They made sure that I was pleased with the work before they left. They cleaned up my yard and driveway afterwards. I would give Mark and his team five stars...

The communication and time line wasn t consistent with agreement however all went well even being a month behind; causing challenges for move in date.

Next Level construction worked with experienced Concrete & Masonry Tradesmen and Carpenters that produced a high-quality professional finished product. I contracted for new concrete front stairs and sidewalks and exterior back porch and refinished exterior basement wall and stairs. I am extremely pleased with the final product.

The owner was easy to communicate with and we got the project done a lot quicker than expected

The concrete look very good. However they had to remove a section of the neighbor s gutter and didn't put it back properly. A few days later they showed up and fixed the issues.

The owner came to give me a quote and it was outrageously expensive! When I said it was out of my budget he did not try to work with me. He showed me pictures of their work in much more expensive houses and it looked great.

just ok. Not very good work and took a long time with many phone calls. Owner is very nice though and did try to fix what was wrong.

Mark and his crews did a fantastic job. The 4/4.5 rating instead of 5 is simply because we should have thought through the job a bit better before starting. And that's on me, not them. I was anxious to get started, they had an opening, and we moved on without really looking over what minor adjustments we would need to make in replacing one of the cabinets. But the workers were great and very professional. Francisco, the site foreman, was just wonderful. I'd definitely hire again.

Mark and his crew did a awesome job remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. The crew was on time a few days, however they made it up, with no problems. I had nothing bad to say about his crew at all. I have taken pictures of my kitchen and bathroom, and show friends and family, they just so amazed how it look and I'm so happy and satisfied. If I have another project to do at my house,I would call them again. As many contractor's and business i have been through I have been very pleased with Next Level Construction,Inc.
